About the home

It has ample storage space, bathroom with shower, separate kitchen with oven and hob, fridge and freezer and large lounge with a double sofa bed. All the windows look out over the beach.

Take a 10 minute walk and you will be in the centre of Denia town with its wide selection of shops, bars and restaurants, and a large marina where you can relax in the roof top bars or take part in the various watersports available.

Just a 5 minutes up the road there is a lovely communal pool and kids splashpool, surrounded by palm trees, and restaurant.
Once you arrive in Denia a car is not necessary, as everything is within walking distance from the apartment.
Local bike hire is available.

Lively Benidorm is half an hours drive away where you can visit Aqualandia Water Park, Mundomar for its dolphins or Terra Mitica Theme Park for the brave!!

Mountain Climbing, Walking, Golf and Horse riding all available locally

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

Denia lies directly on the outskirts of the mountain Montgo, a fact that surfers and sailors admire a lot, as the wind from the sea is reflected to give a very stable water sport resort.

The average Denia weather reaches temperatures of up to 40 °C in summer, but hardly less than 5 °C during winter time.

Dénia is considered one of the districts in Spain with the most fiestas. Each month of the year has festivities it is difficult to come to Dénia without a surprise religious or festive celebration. All public is welcome.
Amongst others we must point out:

The Falles bonfires, with their passacaglia, mascletaes fireworks and the final cremà or burning of the bonfires. (March)


The Patron Saint Fiestas in Honour of the Most Holy Blood (Santíssima Sang) and their "Bous a la mar" (Bulls to the sea), declared a Fiesta of National Tourist Interest. (July)


The Moors and Christians, with the disembarkation, fight in the castle and, specially, the gala cortège. (August)


The All Saint Attraction Fair, with fair attractions, specially longed for by children. (Oct/ Nov)

One of the most visited tourist attractions of Denia is the castillo (castle). The castle built in the 11th and 12th century offers a wonderful view around the sea, the city and the backlands. Within the castle you will find the Palau del Governador with its museum. Along with the other interesting museums in Denia, the Museo Etnologico will give you further details on the rich history and culture of Denia.

First class cuisine for the most demanding palates
In Dénia there is a fusion of the best products of the sea and of Valencian orchards, which gives as a result a clear example of the variety and refinement of the Mediterranean diet.

We must point out the famous Dénia red prawn, the unmatched rice dish known as arròs a banda, amongst other cuisine specialities, which combine tradition and quality, such as the espencat (grilled vegetables), the llandeta, the suquet de peix (fish, sea urchins, dry octopus, amongst others.

You will be able to enjoy all these delicious dishes in the city’s 300 restaurants, giving the most diverse national and international cuisine recipes. Doubtlessly, Dénia is considered a real cuisine environment in which the new trends of author cuisine arise with strength.

Boredom” is a word that just doesn’t fit into Dénia’s vocabulary. The city has a well developed leisure offer, which will not make your decisions easy: cocktail bars, pubs, discos, bingo, terraces bordering the sea, live music…

Find a place where the décor will surround you, where the exterior will be full of waves and the scent of orange blossoms because you deserve to enjoy your free time
