"Elegance 21 - 1D" is a fabulous light & airy 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom luxurious apartment situated less than 400 metres from Denia's golden "Las Marinas" beach and just a stroll from the cosmopolitan high street shops on the "Marques de Campo".
Accommodation comprises a large combined lounge/dining room inc/ Sky satellite TV (mainly Spanish), DVD & CD music system, two bedrooms (a double and a twin), two bath/shower rooms (one en-suite) and a fully fitted and well equipped kitchen. Both the living room and master bedroom open on to a covered south facing sun terrace that overlooks the pool.
Less than 400 metres from the 23km stretch of sandy beaches at Las Marinas and just a 10 minute stroll to Denia town centre.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The Costa Blanca extends along that section of the Mediterranean coast which corresponds to the province of Alicante, is made up of two clearly differentiated scenic sectors. To the North, a curtain of mountains runs parallel to the sea, descending at times to form cliffs; to the South, a vast plain of sand patches, palm trees and salt deposits make up the backdrop for the beaches.
The temperatures are usually warm with the annual average a little higher than 18ºC. However this can vary between seasons from a very warm 30º-35ºC during July and August to a milder 15º-20ºC in those so called winter months. Rain is of course very scarce.
Denia / Las Marinas area
Denia is very much a family resort. A quiet little town that was once the centre of the region's raisin growing industry. Although tourism has taken over, raisins are still grown here and remain to be a local delicacy.
Denia has 20km of beaches to enjoy, although some are covered in pebbles. There are also small, rocky coves, ideal for diving. The climate is mild and the average daily temperature is 19 degrees Celsius. The whole area around Denia is dominated by orange and lemon groves and has a scattering of Roman and Islamic ruin sites.
When it comes to watersports, Denia has them all, from sailing and yachting clubs to diving and windsurfing. The variety of coastline enable all to function perfectly together.
Local activities include; cycling, fishing, paragliding, sailing, surfing, walking, water skiing, & wind-surfing.
How to get there
Denia is ideally situated midway between Alicante and Valencia airports. Transfer from the airport is is very easy via the AP7 and links directly to Denia
