Holiday villa with private pool in Denia, Costa Blanca, Spain for up to 10 people. This two-story and very spacious holiday home is located in a quiet residential area in Denia, just 5 minutes drive from the center of Denia and the beaches. The large garden with lawn and trees, as well as the private pool are ideal for relaxing holidays in the south. A covered terrace with dining table and a portable grill, invite you to spend relaxing outdoor barbecues. The villa is comfortably furnished and offers 3 bedrooms on each floor, with two of them are single rooms. A large, newly furnished living room with satellite plasma TV, DVD, fireplace, air conditioning and internet connection, the open dining area and an open kitchen on the ground floor are well equipped. The upper floor has another living area with comfortable sofas, three further bedrooms and a terrace with views of the castle of Denia, the sea and the harbor. An ideal holiday accommodation for large or two families or a group of friends. Additional information about obligatory and optional extras

An obligatory cost for the final cleaning has to be paid and includes bed linen, towels and kitchen towels.
In case heating costs are applicable, this will automatically be added when calculated a price or upon booking.
In case air conditioning costs are applicable, this will automatically be added when calculated a price calculation, placing an option or upon booking.
An extra bed can only be provided on request and with written permission, the extra cost depends on the rental price (minimum eur 50).
An extra fee per pet will be charged when bringing your pet. (only with prior consent and for accommodations allowing pets)
The use of the usb-stick-modem is not possible in some rental accommodations (due to signal reception) for more information please contact your booking agent. The rental price of the Prepaid-modem includes € 10,- credit.
The indicated rental price includes:

Change of bed linen and towels once per week (only rentals of min. 2 weeks). The client can get a change of the linen in the office of Quality Rent a villa in La Marina de Denia. A change of linen and towels by a cleaning lady directly in the accommodation can be requested, but this will be charged as an extra.
For rentals with a monthly price (winter letting) a change of bed linen and towels is possible against extra payment
Free consumption is limited to 20 m3 of water per week. Consumption over this limit will be charged against the safety deposit (eur 3,20 + iva / m3). We kindly ask our guests to safe our environment and to use water with care.
Other optional services (to pay on arrival):

Sending and receiving mail (free of charge), telephone, fax and email service (prices depend on rates).
Extra bed linen and towels € 15 per person.
Extra cleaning service: € 15 per hour/cleaning person.
Launderette service (prices on request).
Cooking service (on request) about € 35 per hour.
Babysitter service (on request) € 18 to € 25 per hour.
The holiday homes, holiday villas, holiday apartments or fincas are equipped for occupancy of the maximum people indicated. It's not allowed to occupy the accommodation with more people than indicated.
The standard equipment of every holiday home, holiday villa, holiday apartment or finca includes: interior: a refrigerator, hob and oven or independent electric grill, coffee machine, toaster, (electric) kettle, ironing board and flat-iron, tour mix.exterior: Garden furniture, parasol, long chairs (may not be available for apartments and bungalows)





During the summer the fixed changeover day is Saturday.

A damage deposit is payable on arrival. The amount depends of the accommodation type and is indicated on the rental contract. This can be left in cash or by charge of credit card. We do not accept cheques.
