Rental Villa in Denia. Situated in a peaceful rural setting on the outskirts of Denia, this large, typical Spanish villa has been comfortably furnished throughout. A beautiful, long sandy beach along with a few local restaurants can be found within a short walk of the villa, whilst the main centre of Denia can be found within a fifteen minute drive.With capacity for 12 persons.The house has big plot with parking for the cars, big terrace with garden furniture, built barbecue, big private swimming pool with roman style pool. Inside with lounge dining room with T.V., kitchen with hob, oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine and toaster. With 6 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower and 1 with bathtub.The coastal town of Denia, set in the foothills of the Montgo Mountains, is a lively resort filled with sandy beaches, crystal clear waters, colourful fiestas, trendy boutiques and a wide variety of sports facilities. It is well-equipped for evening entertainment with an array of tapas bars, pavement cafes, cocktail bars, live music and a late-night social scene. You can also take a day trip to the Balearic Islands by ferry, or the narrow gauge train to Alicante. The majority of our villas here are located in community areas, with some only a few minutes’ walk from the beautiful shoreline.
