The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
According to the World Heath Organisation this part of the Costa Blanca has 'one of the most environmentally perfect climates in the world'. Summers are long and hot and winters are cool with occasional rain. Dramatic mountain ranges form the backdrop to glorious sandy beaches that sometimes stretch to the horizion.
English is widely spoken but this is the real Spain where Castellano and Valenciano are spoken in equal measure and white washed 'pueblos' nestle in the valleys amongst the orange groves and the paddy fields (this is the home of the paella).
Denia area
There is something for everyone to do here, from siesta to fiesta, a stroll on the beach or a run with the bulls. Fiestas occur at different times throughout the summer in almost every town. The 'Fallas' are the most important fiestas in the region of Valencia and are held between 15th and 19th March. On 21 June celebrate San Juan and the coming of summer by walking into the sea at midnight along with thousands of others. In Denia you can run with the bulls during the 'Bois de la Mar' fiesta held in the first two weeks of July and in the second week in August enjoy the spectacular 'Moors and Christians' festival. Not to be missed are the firework displays.
For the energetic there are lots to do, walking, cycling, horse riding, golf and watersports. Visit the safari park just 12km away at El Verger. 45mins drive south is Benidorm and the theme parks of Terra Mitica, Aqualandia and MundoMar. At the end of the day take a seat at Bar Helios on the beach in Las Rotas and, with a 'copa de vino', watch the sun set magnificently over the marina and the distant Valencian mountains.

Further details indoors: The sofa bed can accommodate 1 Adult comfortbly, or two small children. There are ceiling fans plus electric radiators in the bedroom and the living/dining room. Maximum or two adults and two children - or three adults only!
Further details outdoors: Entry to the urbanizacion is via a locked gate. Entrance to the car park is via a remote controlled gate so security is not an issue.

Rental prices, inclusive of accommodation and utilities, (except electricity - charged at spanish metered rates at the end of your stay) are per week for the apartment that is ideal for 2 but which can sleep a maximum of 3 Adults. Bed linen and bathroom towels are changed weekly, kindly bring your own beach towels! A welcome pack is available on request. Bookings, usually Sat to Sat, but we are flexible. Arrival from 2.00pm and departure by 10.00am to allow for changeover cleaning. English and Dutch speaking representative on hand for help and advice.
Conditions
25% of the rental fee is required to confirm a booking. To secure the booking, the balance is due 8 weeks before your arrival . If booking within 8 weeks of your stay, full payment is required. Please email for holiday apartment rental agreement. A refundable security cash deposit of 100€ is required at key hand over on arrival, to be refunded in cash on departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection). Electricity is charged at the metered spanish rate at the end of your stay. Strictly no smoking indoors. You may smoke on the balcony Strictly no pets.
