About the home

Casa Monduber is a new privately owned villa in an elevated position overlooking mountains, orange groves, a nature reserve and the sea, with stunning 280o panoramic views.

The villa is fully furnished in traditional Spanish style and equipped to a high standard . The private floodlit pool , with roman steps, is perfectly positioned to enjoy the sun from early morning until late evening. The terraces, one covered for alfresco dining, all enjoy spectacular views. There is a built -in BBQ, outside shower and sink.

Many excellent beaches are within a ten minute drive and make Casa Monduber an ideal location for a relaxing holiday for all the family. Aqualandia and Terra Mitica water and theme parks are a 30 min drive away and the local area has 3 golf courses, all within 15 - 20 minutes drive.

Supermarkets, banks and a wide variety of restaurants are all available within 5 - 10 minutes drive.

Many guests come for a relaxing holiday by the pool and beaches. For those who want to enjoy local activities, our managing agent can help you with suggestions such as sight seeing, mountain walking, watersports, cycling, quad biking, golf and tennis ( tennis courts available on MONTEPEGO at no charge ).

The open plan circular lounge has wonderful 280o panoramic views and superior quality furnishings. The villa is fully air conditioned and heated, including a fan assisted wood burner. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and air conditioning, when required.

UK satellite TV /radio provided along withg DVD and CD/local radio player.

Further details outdoors:
A special feature of Casa Monduber is the design and location of the 8m x 4m private pool and main sun terrace. The pool has easy entry Roman steps and underwater lighting. The pool has been specially situated to enjoy all day sunshine and into the evening. Views of the mountains, orange groves, nature reserves and the coastline can be enjoyed from the pool and terraces.

Tables and chairs are provided on two of the three terraces, as well as sunbeds and parasols. The outside shower provides both hot and cold water. There is a fully built in BBQ and outside sink/worktop.

The rear garden, which is easily reached by steps down from the rear terrace, has a flat patio area.

Rental prices, inclusive of accommodation and utilities, are per week for the villa, which sleeps a maximum of 6.

Our local managing agent, who lives on MONTEPEGO, will greet all guests upon arrival and will show you the facilities of Casa Monduber. Our agent is also available to assist you during your stay and can also make suggestions for places to visit and eat, all in the surrounding area.

Bookings are usually Saturday to Saturday but with flexibility. Arrival time from 3pm and departure by 10am ( but these times can be flexible, depending upon the booking season ), to allow for a comprehensive cleaning services between lets.

Conditions

For the comfort of all guests, Casa Monduber is let on the basis of no smoking inside the villa.

No pets allowed.

20% deposit required to confirm a booking, with the balance being due 6 weeks before departure.

£200 security/breakages deposit payable, which is returned within 7 days of departure, provided no damage or breakages are reported by our managing agent

This area of Spain enjoys virtually year round sunshine and is one of the most scenic regions of Spain.

Visitors will enjoy the beaches, visits to the nearby mountains and valleys and exploring historic towns all within 10 - 15 minutes drive of Casa Monduber.

The Denia / Monte Pego area

MONTEPEGO is a prestigious development of privately owned villas, near to both beaches and spectacular mountains and valleys full of orange, lemon and almond groves. This is traditional Spain, perfect for those who enjoy relaxing or sight seeing and visiting the weekly local village markets and also the nearby antique and flea markets.

Guests requiring a more active holiday will also find a wide choice of sporting amenities close to MONTEPEGO and Denia.

For those who prefer to eat out, the local area has a wide range of restaurants, from quiet inland villages to the picturesque coastal harbour town of Denia. Denia is a busy town and port with many shops, lively seaside bars and specialised restaurants.

The nearby coastal village of Els Poblets has a wide variety of restaurants, all within 10 minutes drive of MONTE PEGO.

MontePego is between the Northern Costa Blanca and Southern Costa Azahar, 15 minutes from Denia and 60 minutes easy autoroute drive from either Alicante or Valancia airports.

Many airlines offer affordable flights including RyanAir into Valencia or easyJet and Monarch Scheduled into Alicante.
