Seafront apartment,3 double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, fitted kitchen with all appliances, shower room and en-suite to main bedroom which has access to balcony.All bedrooms have air con. Lounge also.

Lounge / Dinner three piece leather suite, dinning for 6, with fabulous view of the beach. Volley Ball, Wind Surfing, Canoing, Jet Ski, Pedalo's, Doon Buggies, or just relax on the beach.Gated access to reserved parking. Balcony with table and chairs to take in the view of the beach and have a bottle of wine.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

Valencia is the home of paella, and this area has white sandy beaches, with the mountains rolling away to the sea.

The city of Valencia blends Roman and Gothic architecture with ultra-modern constructions, and is an increasingly popular destination.

The Denia / Las Marinas area

Denia is a vibrant town with many attractions, to name but a few, we have Denia castle, located on a rocky crag overlooking the city. 3 min. walk from the appartment. There is a daily ferry service to Ibiza from Denia port.
La Sella Golf course is a short 15min drive away at Jesus Pobre. Windsurfing , conoeing, diving, speedboat, pedaloes, 4 wheel drive carting and many other activities.

There are close to 20 festivals throughout the year. Bonfires of San Juan on the beach from 20th to 24th june.
Festa Major second half of june. The Moors and Christians 13-16 august and many more.
Benidorm is only 30 mins away, with water park and other attractions.

Denia is midway between Alicante and Valencia airports,roughly 100km,about 1hr drive either way.
leaving Valencia airport join main motorway, A7 / E15 travelling south towards Alicante.
Leaving alicante airport ,travelling north join main motorway A7 / E15 towards Valencia .
Denia is at junction 62 of the motorway, toll charge approx. 7euros.

Leaving toll gates head straight ahead towards Denia on CV-725 go through 4 roundabouts and at the 5th turn left onto Calle De Abuzeyan at the next roundabout take the 3rd exit onto Avinguda De les Corts Andalucia then turn right into Calle Del Llavador then first left into Calle De Los Furs . Vista Mar in front of you at end of street.
