About the home

The villa is set on the side of the Mostalla mountains overlooking the orange groves, the Mediterranean and the town of Pego. Spectacular views. Watch the sun rise over the Mediterranean and set over the mountains. The pool area is very private.

The villa is fully furnished, (family home) benefiting from both air conditioning and ceiling fans. Furnished to a high standard with three relaxing sofas in the large living room (for when you want to relax with a book inside!).

The spacious lounge/dining room has 3 sofas, coffee table, dining table and 4 chairs, large tv, ( TV for use with Dvd and video, BBC News, but, not English terrestrial channels (eg BBC1/2 and ITV) MAY be available at times, but, this is NOT GUARANTEED. Please ask for more info. Video, dvd player, radio/CD/cassette player. Air conditioning cold/hot.

The conservatory with another dining table and chairs and fabulous views, leads out through sliding patio doors to a private covered terrace, the pool and terrace area. The 8m x 4m pool has Roman steps (depth 1m to 2m). Patio dining furniture, sunbeds, cushions and parasol. There is an outside BBQ area (electric grill), outdoor shower, toilet and sink. Washing machine with clothes airer. Pretty Mediterranean garden to the front and side of the villa.

The American style kitchen area has a ceramic hob with extractor hood over, separate Elec. Oven, large Fridge/Freezer. Microwave, Elec. kettle, Elec coffee maker.

Bedroom 1 with seaview, has large Stabilised Waterbed (1.80m wide) Bedside lights, Cabinets, large fitted wardrobe. Air conditioning. En suite bathroom, walk in shower cubicle, washbasin with large illuminated mirror, toilet.
Bedroom 2 with mountain and pool view, has twin beds, Bedside lights and Cabinets, fitted wardrobe. Ceiling Fan. En suite bathroom, bath with shower over, washbasin, bidet and toilet.

All windows in the villa (except the conservatory) have fly/mosquito screens and shutters.

The villa is set on a 1000sq metre plot. The terrace area around the pool is very private.
There is an electric gate to the property, so parking is very secure.
From the driveway there is a short flight of steps down to the house and garden area. The living accommodation and pool is all on one level.
Electric Grill, preparation area and sink outside. Outside shower, storage area and toilet.
Sun loungers, tables and chairs with cushions. Large parasol. Beach towels provided.
Mediterranean garden with plenty of Bourganvillea, jasmine and Dame de Noche.

Cleaning and linen change at the end of your holiday are included in the price , however, if you book for two weeks, a mid term towel and linen change is included but not a villa clean.
Beach towels are provided , please wash before vacation of the villa. Thank you.

A deposit of 25% is required on booking and the balance payable 10 weeks prior to arrival at the villa, or immediately if booking is made within 10 weeks of arrival date. A refundable security deposit of £200.00 is required against breakages and damage, which will be refunded within 10 days of return of the villa keys to us providing our agent has found everything to be in order after checking the villa.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

Wonderful climate. Crystal clear, warm waters of the Mediterranean. Over 20km of beaches.
There is always somewhere to visit and things to do or wonderful places to just relax. The Costa Blanca, known as the coast of oranges. October till April is the main harvest time for tangerines and oranges. In January till March the almond trees are in blossom.

The Denia / Pego area

Pego is located in a valley to the north of Alicante. Facing the sea, surrounded by mountains and separated from the coast by the wetland area of Pego Natural Park. Rich farming area specialising in growing citrus fruit and rice – the smell of orange blossom pervades the whole valley. The town is full of history dating back to the 13th century. Full of tapas bars, restaurants, cafes, shops. Several supermarkets. Market day is Thursday in Pego. Friday in Oliva.
There is a Safari Park close by. Several theme parks, Terra Mitica, Aqualandia at nearby Benidorm. Several Championship Golf courses, Oliva Nova, La Sella and many others (ask for details) Sailing, Scuba diving, surfing, Fishing, Hiking, tennis, cycling, Mountain Biking, Riding, Bird Watching, Go Karts, Quad biking, Walking. All within 20 minutes to half an hour’s drive. And, 20 kms of sand and dune beaches!

We are equidistant from Valencia and Alicante airports. Both are 100km approx. Using the A7 motorway, approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes drive away. Full directions will be emailed on booking.

Mrs. Mulkern .... we are more than happy to recommend Casa de Angeles to any prospective clients. Spectacular, fascinating views. Very comfortable, cannot think of anything you could improve on. Your agent was very helpful and lovely to deal with.
