An attractive second floor apartment ,with lift, with full air conditioning and heating, on a private, enclosed complex, with security gates. The apartment is bright and sunny and has a large louge diner with patio doors through to a very nice terrace area, partly shaded, partly open ideal for outside dining. There are 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a shower room and a fully equipped kitchen.
The complex has plenty of well-maintained green space, a large communal pool together with a separate kid's pool. Our apartment in is a very good location, the beautiful sandy beach of Denia (stretching 14km) is only a short, 2 minute walk away, very close by you will find an excellent supermarket (fresh bakery, patisserie, butcher) coffee shops, bars and restaurants.
In the Summer a wide variety of water sports and outdoor activities can be found. The apartment is surrounded by stunning mountain scenery and orange groves. The golf clubs of La Sella and Oliva Nova are approximately 20 minutes drive. Denia town centre is 10 minutes drive away; the local bus to Denia also stops outside, running every 30 mins. The old town of Denia is domintated by a castle and fortress, has a bustling harbour, yacht club, and marina with shops, restaurants, cafes and fab shops.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The North Costa Blanca region is famous for its many Orange groves which cover the landscape from the hills to the sea. The climate here is one of the best in Europe. not too hot during the summer and generally mild and sunny during the winter months. The area boasts some of the best attractions in Spain, there are water parks marine parks, Safari parks and a fantastic roller coaster theme park all within 45 mins
Denia / Las Marinas area
With The town of Denia only 10 mins by car you are very well placed to get out and about and see what the area has to offer. Denia has many shops restaurants and a lovely traditonal indoor market. As the town is a fishing port, fresh fish can by bought most days from the harbour fish stalls. There is also a fabulous new marina where you can while away a long lunch over looking the sailing boats and boats.
Just 2 mins walk, the best place to relax is on the fabulous sandy beach where you can get a cool drink at one of the beach bars and keep and eye of the kids playing the and sand, or hire a windsurfer or a boat
How to get there
The apartment is about 1 hours drive from either Valencia airport and Alicante airport. We recommend getting a hire car, carjet.com are very good. The journey from either airpot is very straight forward.

There is plenty of room for kids to run round, and for families to sit and relax There are two pools, one for todlers and a large pool for everyone else. The complex is entered through electric gates, with allocted parking. There are shops, bars and restaurants 2 mins walk

Conditions
A fully refundable breakage deposit is asked for with your final payment. This is returned to you 2 weeks after your stay we have checked the property.
