Casa de la Luz is a luxury detached villa located in the beautiful area of Monte Pego, quiet and peaceful, yet only ten minutes from the beautiful beaches of the Costa Blanca There are many excellent restaurants for eating out either on Monte Pego or in local towns such as Pego and Denia.
The villa benefits from its own private pool, with a shallow end perfect for the children. The terrace, perfectly positioned for those who enjoy the sun from early morning until late evening, has stunning uninterupted views to the coastline and mountains. The villa is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The northern Costa Blanca is one of the most beautiful green and fertile areas of Spain. Superb unspoilt sandy beaches stretch for mile after mile. Visit Valencia and experience wonderful architecture, both old and new or closer to home, Denia is a must with its bustling harbour and fish market. There are numerous areas both on the coast and inland to explore and the Costa Blanca has a marvellous climate throughout the year.
Denia / Pego area
The villa is ideal for relaxing and active holidays alike. Terra Mitica, Aqualandia and Cullera water parks are each around 30 minutes drive, or swim with the sealions at the safari park that is just 5 minutes away. Other activities close by are water sports, go karting and cycling.

Further details indoors: The lounge/dining area is superby furnished and is equipped with satelite television, (UK channels included). We have also provided a playstation 2 together with a selection of games, dvds, cds and board games.
The villa is cleaned and linen/towels changed between lets. Pool/beach towels are also provided. Bed linen is changed after the first week of a two week let.
Air conditioning and heating, when required, is included.
Further details outdoors: The villa has an 8 x 4 metre kidney shaped pool with underwater lighting and roman steps. It has a large rear terrace with covered porch for dining and relaxing in the shade, a Spanish style outside kitchen/barbecue, an outside shower and sun loungers. A fabulous front terrace and landscaped gardens, planted with orange and lemon trees and fragrant shrubs, offer an alternative vista to enjoy al fresco meals.

Conditions
Bookings are generally Saturday to Saturday, although flexibility is sometimes possible. The price includes accommodation, water, electricity and cleaning. A deposit of £175 per week is required when booking, with the balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to departure. A £200 damage deposit is required. This will be refunded in full provided there has been no major damage or breakage.
