About the home

Casa Solana is our fabulous holiday home in the sun.Our Villa has been furnished to a high standard with everything you could need to make your holiday one to remember. It is in a beautiful peaceful location with stunning mountain views.The villa is all on one level. The large lounge and dining area opens out onto a covered terrace with table and chairs where you can sit and relax in the shade after a lunchtime bar-b-que. You step down to the spacious lower terrace. where there is a kidney shaped private pool with outdoor solar heated shower.there are sun-loungers,table and chairs with parasol for meals and snacks beside the pool. There is also a spanish style bar-b-que. The villa has satellite TV including UK TV channels..

Close by are some brilliant family friendly restaurants serving good value menu of the day or if you prefer more expensive restaurants for that special occasion. There are plenty to choose from.

The villa is near to excellent well equipped supermarkets for good quality local and international food to shop for your Bar-b-ques.(They have well stocked meat and fish counters.

Our villa Casa Solana is fully equipped with everything that you could need for your holiday.A home from home.
The kitchen is equipped with cooker and hob,fridge freezer,microwave and a dishwasher of course ( You dont want to wash up on holiday )
We have all the cookware,crockery,cutlery and glass ware for you to use also serving dishes and plates.
We have plastic picnic ware and boxes and a cool box for days out and trips to the beach.
We have Satellite TV (UK TV & more) and a range of DVDs and Games.And an ipod docking station.
All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes bedside chests and chests of drawers.They also have quiet ceiling fans.All the bedrooms are fitted with blackout roller shutters to keep the rooms cooler or shaded.
Cot with bedding and Highchair ( no extra cost )
The washing machine and dryer are located on the ground floor.
The villa has central heating for the cooler months.

Our spanish villa is south facing.(sun all day ) it is detached and is situated in its own grounds with beautiful landscaped mediterranean style gardens.The villa and gardens are fully enclosed by walls and entered through remote control gate.(with safety sensor )
With secure parking.

Breathtaking valley and mountain views and set in a stunning peaceful location.

The large lower terrace has a private large kidney shaped pool for the sole use of guests with roman steps to the shallow end. There is room for sun loungers table and chairs with parasol and has a spanish style bar- b- que
A poolside solar powered shower..


There is another shaded patio area alongside the pool terrace with a spanish style parasol with breathtaking mountain views.

Further details

There are no other costs for the villa. ( unless you would like a welcome pack provided ).
The villa has linen and towels provided which are changed weekly.

Please bring your own pool / beach towels

A change over clean is included in the cost of your stay.

We can provide a welcome pack on request cost £15.00( tea coffee milk etc. )

Travel cot with bedding and Highchair available at no extra cost

NO SMOKING inside the villa for the comfort of future guests.

Conditions

I have advertised on holiday lettings since 2006.
I would be happy for you to telephone me at home if you would like to speak to me in person.(01708725145) and answer your questions.

Guests are requested to leave the villa by 10 am on the day of departure, and arrivals after 3 pm to ensure that the villa is cleaned and ready for the next arrivals.

Change over day is Saturday but may be flexible ouside the summer season.

For stays of 2 weeks or more there will be a linen change weekly.

The villa can only take a maximum of 6 guests.

There is no smoking inside the villa for the comfort of other guests.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

The villa is located centrally to the Costa blanca with its many tourist attractions.Perfect for exploring the whole of the Costa blanca and surrounding areas. ,There is Montgo natural park 10 minutes away,Benidorm is only 30 minutes drive where you can find Terra Mitica (theme park)Terra Natura (zoo), Aqualandia ( Water park,) Mundomar (sea life centre).
There are a number of golf courses in the area,the nearest only 5 minutes drive away at La Sella resort where you can go horse riding and use the tennis courts.There is also a Spa and beauty salon at the Marriott hotel on La Sella.
We are also close to Javea golf club and Oliva golf club.

There is a very large recently opened shopping centre ( Portal de Marina ) 10 minutes drive away in Ondara at junction 62 with lots of shops,department stores, hypermarket, cinema and bowling.

The Denia / Pedreguer area

Casa Solana is located on a quiet residential urbanisation a 2 minute drive to the town of Pedreguer,A typically spanish town where you can find banks restaurants and supermarkets.We are a short drive to the Jalon valley where you can sample and buy the local wines at the bodegas and the popular wine co-operative, at cheaper prices than the supermarkets.
Javea is only a 15 minute drive away and has award winning beach that is safe with special play areas for children,there are many bars and restaurants.Denia is only a 10 minute drive away.It is a cosmopolitan town which has fantastic beaches and excellent shopping facilities.The town offers pavement cafes and restaurants catering for all tastes and budgets.There is a train station located in the nearby town of Gata de gorgos for trains to Alicante.

We are served by the low cost airlines,Ryanair ,Easyjet,and British Airways flying into Valencia or Alicante Airports,Both Airports are approximately 1 hours drive away.
You can hire a car from the airport there are a number of hire companies some which are based on airport this can also be reserved on the internet or by telephone prior to your journey.
Pedreguer town is only a 5 minute drive from junction 62 on the AP7 motorway.
