The Villa has been furnished to a high standard.With everything you could need to make your holiday one to remember.With a beautiful location and stunning mountain views. The spacious lounge and dining area opens onto a covered terrace with table and chairs, where you can sit and relax in the shade after a lunchtime bar-b-que.From here you step down to a lower terrace which incorporarates the Kidney shaped private pool and spanish style bar-b-que area.Large enough for sun-loungers and table and chairs for snacks beside the pool.
Close by are some brilliant family friendly restaurants serving good value menu of the day.Or if you prefer more Expensive restaurants for that special occasion.
The villa is near to excellent well equipped supermarkets to shop for good quality local and international food to shop for your Bar-b-ques.(They have well stocked meat and fish counters)

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The villa is located centrally to the Costa blanca with its many tourist attractions Safari park at Vergel only 15 minutes away ,The Montgo natural park 10 minutes away,Benidorm is only 40 minutes drive where you can find Terra Mitica (theme park), Aqualandia ( Water park,) Mundomar (sea life centre). There are a number of golf courses in the area,the nearest only 5 minutes drive away at La Sella also we are close to Javea golf club and oliva golf. There is a very large recently opened shopping centre with hypermarket ( Portal de Marina ) 10 minutes drive away in Ondara at junction 62 with lots of shops, cinema and bowling.
Denia / Pedreguer area
The nearest town is Pedreguer a 2 minute drive,A typically spanish town where you can find banks restaurants and supermarkets.We are only a short drive to the Jalon valley where you can sample and buy the local wines at the bodegas and the popular wine co-operative, at cheaper prices than the supermarkets. Javea is only a 15 minute drive away and has award winning beach that is safe with special play areas for children,there are many bars and restaurants.Denia is only a 10 minute drive away.It is a cosmopolitan town which has fantastic beaches and excellent shopping facilities.The town offers pavement cafes and restaurants catering for all tastes and budgets.There is a train station located in the nearby town of Gata de gorgos for trains to Alicante.
How to get there
We are served by the low cost airlines,Ryanair ,Easyjet,and British Airways flying into Valencia or Alicante Airports,Both Airports are approximately 1 hours drive away. You can hire a car from the airport there are a number of hire companies some which are based in the airport this can also be reserved on the internet prior to your journey.

We have Satellite TV (British TV 1,2,3,4 & more) and a large range of DVDs All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes bedside chests and chests of drawers.They also have quiet ceiling fans. We have central heating for the cooler months
Further details outdoors: The villa is south facing.(sun all day ) it is detached and is situated in its own grounds with beautiful landscaped gardens. With large kidney shaped pool with roman steps to the shallow end.
The landscaped gardens are fully enclosed and safe.
Breathtaking valley and mountain views.
The large lower terrace has a private kidney shaped pool for the sole use of guests with room for sun loungers table and chairs and parasol and has a spanish style bar- b- que.
It is fully enclosed by walls that are entered through remote control gates with secure parking.
There is another shaded area alongside the pool terrace with a spanish style parasol with breathtaking mountain views.

The villa has linen and towels provided which are changed weekly. Beach / Pool towels are not included.
A change over clean is included in the cost of your stay.
We can provide a welcome pack . ( tea coffee milk etc. )

Guests are requested to leave the villa by 10 am. on the day of departure .And arrivals after 3 pm to ensure that the villa is ready for the next arrivals.
Change over day is Saturday but may be flexible ouside the summer season. For stays of over a week there will be a linen change weekly.
The villa can only take a maximum of 6 guests.
There is no smoking inside the villa for the comfort of other guests.
