Home description
Our comfortable 'villa-style' spacious home is situated approx. 2.5 kms from the town centre and port in a quiet area on a small self-contained development. The sandy beach of Les Marines is just 500 mtrs away, a short walk, as are local shops, restaurants, pharmacy and bus route. Having both warm and cool air contitioning it is suitable for year round lets. The well-equipped accommodation, accessed through security gates, has three good sized bedrooms, bathroom with shower and balcony on the first floor with a view to the mountains. The lounge, dining room, kitchen, shower/toilet and utility room are on the ground floor. Patio doors lead to the gardens and terrace outside, which has table and chairs for 'alfresco' dining, also to the gardens and swimming pool which are just a few steps away and shared by the small community. We would like to emphasise that the property is well equipped and hope you derive as much pleasure from it as we do.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The Costa Blanca has been voted as having the healthiest climate of the Mediterranean by the World Health Organisation. Whether you like beautiful mountain scenery, visiting the beaches, playing sports, nightlife or visiting different towns and enjoying their fiestas, the Costa Blanca region has something for everyone throughout the year. Visit inland to see the 'Old Spain' towns like Xativa and Guadalest, enjoy a game of golf on some of the finest courses in Spain or enjoy exciting days out at some of the theme parks like 'Terra Mitica' or 'Mundomar' but best of all relax over a long lunch and enjoy the food and climate.
Denia / Las Marinas area
Denia has 20 kms of coastline, to the north are 14 kms of fine sandy beaches including Les Marines, Les Bovetes and Les Devetes, they are rarely crowded and generally used by families. To the south it is steeper and rockier with beautiful little coves and the beach of Les Rotes. The 'El Mongo' Massif and Nature Park, which separates Denia from Javea is ideal for walkers and provides spectacular views in both directions. There are lots of sports activies available nearby including bowls, cycling, fishing, golf, quad biking, sailing, tennis and water sports. In the historic centre, the 12th Century castle stands out, being one of the symbols of the town, along with the quaint fisherman's quarter and cobbled streets. The shopping and commercial centre is situated in and around the 'Marques del Campo', a lively tree-lined boulevard with plenty of pavement cafes and shops. There is also a weekly market for the bargain hunter.
How to get there
Budget airlines serve both Alicante & Valencia. Book early for cheaper flights. Time from the airports to Denia is approx. 1¼ hours mostly motorway. Detailed directions and maps will be supplied. Car hire information is available on request. Airport transfers can be arranged.

Suggestion to improve your holiday home---nothing---absolutely nothing...we had a wonderful break, the distance to the small shopping area and the beach was perfect, the gardens were wonderful and your house is so beautifully laid out. My Mother is 72 , my youngest is 15 they, and the three in-between had a wonderful holiday - Mrs B, Huddersfield Our holiday was made all the more enjoyable due to the well-equipped accommodation - Mr & Mrs T, Aylesbury.
