This a holiday gay house only for gay or lesbian guests, managed by a gay couple. The holiday house is surrounded by a garden with cactuses, palm trees, orange trees, geraniums and a little tropical garden. The other part of the 1.200 m² plot has changing mountain vegetation with wild palm trees and aromatic plants.

The weather is hot in summer with nearly 100% guarantee of uninterrupted sunshine for longer terms. Spring and autumn are quite warm with a lot of sun and there is rain too. Winter is mild with sometimes temperatures over 20 degrees.
The Denia / Monte Pego area
The Urbanisation Monte Pego belongs to the small town Pego. There you can find all important shops and services. There are 4 national and international supermarkets, several bars and restaurants (Spanish, Chinese, Indian). Pharmacies and the post office are directly in the centre of Pego.
