Consisting of 1 double bedroom & 1 twin room with built -in wardrobes & 1 beautiful designer en suite bathroom + 1 shower room. Fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washer/dryer, fitted microwave, fridge/freezer, hobs & oven. Lounge with dining table for 4, 2 leather settees, coffee table, 26' flat screen TV/DVD/CD/satellite.

This stunning apartment is furnished to the highest standard. Exit through patio doors to bottom terrace furnished with table, 4 chairs & gas barbecue with beautiful views of the sea & surrounding mountains. New for this year is a large extendible sun blind that covers most of the bottom terrace. Spiral staircase leads to top wooden decked roof terrace of 55 sq metres furnished with table, chairs, parasol & loungers.

Uninterrupted views of surrounding areas. The complex offers secure, video phone entry & underground parking as well as a gym with sauna, communal pool & children's pool, 4 computers with internet, children's play area.

We are constantly improving the penthouse every year adding things to make your stay even better. Maintaining and decorating the apartment so its in tip top condition for your stay. A large sun blind has been added this year for the bottom terrace.

Other recent additions include two iPod docking stations and an extensive DVD film library with films for all the family. Also we recently added a Playstation with a large selection of games.

Further details outdoors:
Four computers with free use of the internet plus wifi is available downstairs in the public areas.At the moment wifi access is not available in the apartment.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

Golf is available at the La Sella complex which is 15 minutes away. It has 18 holes and has many other facilities including the 5-star Marriott Hotel, gym, spa and therapeutic treatments.

Also 25 minutes away is the Oliva Nova 18 hole course Golf Club, designed by Seve Ballesteros. The club has a shop, driving range, restaurant, swimming pool and fitness centre.

The Denia / Las Marinas area

Denia has lots of fiestas so there is a good chance that something will be happening locally when you visit this beautiful town.

Las Fallas 15th - 19th March the most important festival in the Valeniciano calendar. Local neighbourhoods within Denia spend all year designing and making character scenes from paper mache. At mid-night of 19th March all are stuffed with fireworks and burned. Throughout the fiesta other events such as a procession parading of the Las Fallas queens also takes place.

Santissima Sang first fortnight in July the bulls are run down the main street of Denia into a bull ring in the Harbour, where mad young people proceed to taunt and tease the bulls, who usually end up charging the participants into the sea

There is no refund of the 30 % deposit if your booking is cancelled in the 8 week period before rental. The security deposit will be returned within 7 days after vacating the property.
