The villa is centrally located in Costa Blanca, it offers a retreat that is truly "OUT OF THIS WORLD" and very convenient to take advantage of the vast amount of tourist attractions in the locality.
For those golfing enthusiasts the closest course is a mere ten minutes walk from the villa & offers one of the best courses in Spain.
The closest beach is a mere 10 minutes drive from the villa in the resort of Denia. There are a total of 20 km of beaches and rocky coves to explore in the area or you can simply lie on the fine-sand beach with shallow waters and enjoy the sunshine.

Bedroom 1: Master bedroom with luxury en suite & double patio doors leading onto a "Romeo & Juliet" balcony with table & chairs.
Bedroom 2: Large double bedroom which is lavishly furnished.
Bedroom 3: Twin bedded room beautifully furnished
Bathroom 1: Is the en suite adjacent to the master bedroom with his & hers sink areas inset into granite. Includes bath, shower & wc facilities.
Bathroom 2: This is the main bathroom with shower,wc & sink facilities.
The villa has a brand new modern fitted kitchen with granite worktops & chrome fittings & accessories. It is very well equipped with:- Oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine & tumble dryer etc.
The living room has been lavishly furnished by an interior designer to an exceptional standard. The lounge has a comfortable relaxation area with:- TV, satellite, DVD player (with a selection of DVDs) & a stereo (with a selection of music).
There are 2 cots and 2 highchairs at the villa plus a stairgate for your babies.
Further details outdoors:
There are double patio doors leading onto the external terraces from both the living & dining rooms. Terracota tiles line the expansive terrace featuring a private 8m by 4m swimming pool, which has a shallow-end for children and lights for night bathing. Large teak sunloungers with cushions are also provided. There are 2 outside dining areas - Dining Area 1: Is a large round teak table, chairs, umbrella & cushions close to the the poolside. Dining Area 2: Is located on a lower ground level, it features a 'Spanish style' tiled round table and benches. There is also a large 'Spanish style' BBQ located in the garden of the villa. There are also chairs under the covered Naya which provides welcome shade in the midday sun.

Do you fancy a night in but don't want to cook? Then take advantage of our Personal Chef
and his pool-side dining. We recommend Valencian Paella or Fideua, Moroccan Tagine or whatever your heart desires!"
Conditions
Changeover day is normally on Saturdays but we can be flexible.
To reserve your desired holiday dates please call Jean Spencer (The Owner) who will confirm availability. The villa is then booked in your name & a deposit payment of 20% of the cost is due.
Six weeks prior to holiday departure the remaining balance plus a refundable damages deposit of £200 is then due. On return from your holiday & given that the villa has no damage beyond reasonable wear & tear then the damages deposit is returned immediately & in full.
The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The villa is in the EXCLUSIVE resort of La Sella and within 10 minutes walking distance of the villa are the following facilities:- supermarket, pharmacy, golf course, tennis courts, horse riding stables, Jazz & Blues Bar(drinks and dining), sauna/whirlpool/solarium/massage facilites and Italian/Meditteranean restaurants.
The Denia area
Denia is the largest town in the near vacinity and is approx. 10 minutes drive from the villa. It offers many delights including a large variety of shops, a thriving cafe culture and a mixture of traditional/modern restaurants.
Other Tourist Destinations - Aqualandia Water Park, approx 50km. Benidorm City & Terra Mitica Amusement Park, approx 51km. Safari Park of Vergel, approx 7km. Natural Reserve of Cap St.Antonio(diving),approx 12km. Natural Park of El Montgo,(hiking), approx 1km.

Everything went smoothly from meet and greet to departure. Clean and tidy with everything you need. Excellent views. Easy access to Denia and surrounding area. Good local horse riding. Car recommended. |

The villa was as good as expected and we had a great trip and we are going to visit again next year. The BBQ was lovely we have never seen one like that! |

We could not believe our luck when we arrived at the villa and saw the quality of what we had booked. The owner has an eye for style and class that's for sure! We thoroughly enjoyed the break and as the villa was detached, we appreciated the privacy. On the development were a whole host of amenities like a shop, restuarant, tennis and even horse riding. There was a high end hotel (Marriott) close by and we indulged in some beauty treatments but were so pleased to go back to the villa to enjoy our tranquil haven. It was conveniently located for that short drive for Denia and Xabia for all those wonderful restaurants. I am booked to go again later this year (2011) and can't wait to get there! |
