A lovely 3 bedroom property on 3 levels including a fabulous roof terrace with views of Montgò and the sea in the distance. Situated in orange groves and a short walk onto the golf course, this property is ideal for golfers, couples and families. One of the shared pools just steps from the villa. There are 2 bathrooms. Full air-conditioning/heating in all bedrooms and main rooms. Sliding glass doors from the diner lead to a patio area with table and chairs overlooking the private garden and ideal for al fresco dining. On the ground floor there is an open plan lounge/dining area with American style kitchen. A 15 minute walk will take you to the fabulous 5* Marriott Hotel and Spa. Nearby is horseriding and tennis along with a chemist, bar and restaurant. The fabulous resorts of Denia and Javea are easily reached by car. The resort is usually very quiet and tranquil, ideal for people wanting to be away from lively areas, yet near enough to reach by car if desired. Lively Benidorm, Terramitica theme park, and the fabulous resorts of Moraira, Altea and Calpe are all within driving distance.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The climate is mild all year round, the hottest months are June July and August. The Safari Animal Park, Terra Mitica Theme Park, Algar Waterfalls, Aqualandia Water Park and Mundomar (Dolphins), are all within 30-40 minutes drive and offer great fun for all ages! Lots of lovely beaches nearby including Altea, Moraira and Javea.
Denia / La Sella Development area
Denia and its award-winning beaches are only 5 miles away where you can enjoy year-round sailing, scuba-diving, wind-surfing, fishing and other water-sports. Ferries run daily from the port to the Balearic Islands. Denia is a friendly and lively Spanish harbour town, full of atmosphere with tree-lined streets, pavement cafes, tapas bars, restaurants, superb shopping and twice-weekly markets. There is a very old attractive castle at the top of the town. There are many festivals throughout the year.

For groups travelling together there is the possibility of booking homes next door, opposite or just a few doors along from the property, please enquire for more details. Final clean included in the cost. Fluffy white robes available at extra cost. For 2 week stays there is a linen change but not clean, this can be requested at extra cost. Meet and greet facility. Welcome pack available at extra cost. Arrivals must be between 5-7 pm. For arrivals before/after please check before confirming flights.
