Villa Montana Vista is a new, private, family owned Villa located in the Northern Costa Blanca community of Monte Pego, set in the stunning mountains overlooking Denia. The Villa sits on a 600m² plot in a prominent position.
Monte Pego is considered to be one of the most beautiful, rural and exclusive residential communities in the Costa Blanca, established for over 20 years. It is renowned for its superb year round climate and wonderful clear night sky. In general, the summers are slightly cooler and less humid than the Costa Del Sol, with the winters dryer, less windy and sunnier. In fact, the World Health Organisation has proclaimed that the Moraira, Javea and Denia Peninsula of the Costa Blanca as 'one of the most environmentally perfect climates in the world'.
The Monte Pego area enjoys magnificent panoramic views of the surrounding mountains, Mediterranean Sea and the village of Pego - itself an island amongst a sea of orange trees.
Monte Pego offers luxurious villas and a serene lifestyle with plenty of seclusion yet easy access to all amenities and facilities. It is easy to see why Monte Pego has such a high proportion of permanent residents of all nationalities.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

Discover why this part of the Costa Blanca is internationally acclaimed as one of the most environmentally perfect climates in the world! One of the closest is La Sella, with a famous par 72 championship course - 18 holes, totalling 6072 meters.

There are several inland ski resorts within reasonable driving distance. The resorts at Valdelinares and Javalambre, in the Iberian mountains, are about 2 hours drive North.
The Javalambre Ski Resort is situated at an altitude of 2,000m in the Teruel region, bringing winter sports to Spain's eastern coast.
Valdelinares Ski school instructors bring together years of experience in training new skiers and have all qualified with the Spanish Ski School.

I have consistantly found this company to be the best & cheapest, plus you can book a car without any payment or deposit until you collect!

A car is essential due to Monte Pego's location in the mountains but cheap car hire is readily available from the closest airports at Valencia or Alicante we can help with finding the best deals. A good place to start is www.email-car-hire.com or www.carjet.co.uk.

Please NOTE that is law in Spain to carry a reflective vest for anyone who exits the car in the event of a breakdown and you must have 2 warning triangles. Check with your car hire company if these are provided but usually they are not. We can supply 2 new triangles plus a vest for £30 or you can hire them for £10 (including postage to you). If you want them, please add £30 to your final payment and the £20 balance will be returned if you return of the items in a satisfactory condition.

Outside there is a good size south-east facing swimming pool (with mountain views) having roman-style stepped access in the shallow end which is 1m deep. The 2.1m deep-end is suitable for practising your diving techniques! There are underwater pool lights which provide a beautiful bluey-green glow at night – an essential feature as you'll discover!

There is also a brick-built barbecue/sink area and shower cubicle with hot and cold water.

A comprehensive selection of outside dining and lounging facilities is provided around the spacious outside terrace and porch areas. Plenty of room for everyone to relax in the sun!
An awning is provided on the main terrace to allow you to have shade when necessary – the terrace receives sun from sun-rise until early evening.

Please note that the outside dining, pool and terrace areas are enclosed with security railings.

24 hour Security is also provided by on-site patrols and guards at each exit / entry point on Monte Pego.

If you are looking for rest and relaxation then this is the villa for you. In a peaceful area with easy access to lovely beaches and Valencia itself, this villa is of the highest standard.
The on site restaurant (2/3 minute walk) is very nice - quality food for a great price.
The place is spotless with all the modcons you would expect and if you get a little too hot just hit the pool - perfect, we will be back.
