This air-conditioned villa is one of a small villa complex which is security gated. There is a beautiful large shared swimming pool with kiddie area. There are lawns and a new tree lined parkland area a few steps away with mountain views in the background.
A spacious, well lit lounge with american style kitchen with granite tops and usual mod cons opens at both ends onto east and west patio areas giving the property sun from sunrise to sunset. Two bedrooms share a family bathroom and an en suite is built into the third bedroom which is accessed independently from the upper floor sun terrace

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The villa is set in the famous orange blossom coast of Northern Costa Blanca, not far away from the famous city of Valencia with its Blue Flag beaches.
Because of the agricultual restrictions on the Valencia area, the low level properties (maximum three floors) are scattered amongst a sea of orange trees and almond groves with a long mountainous range running parallel to the Med.
Denia / Els Poblets area
The following are within a five minutes drive: open air cinema, large go kart track (all size karts!), Seve Balesteros designed golf course, at least ten restaurants and bars (including beach bars), three supermarkets and more than ten beach areas.
The wide sandy beach stretches over 20km down to the beautiful port of Denia with markets, bars and restaurants with fantastic value menus of around £8 per head including wine!
How to get there
The villa is serviced in just under an hour equally from two international airports, Alicante and Valencia (Valencia is cheaper and generally has more seats available). Car hire is recommended and we suggest amigoautos.com
