About the home

A luxurious fully air conditioned apartment close to the famous La Sella Golf course. The apartment is on the 4th floor of a small block. A huge terrace, with jacuzzi/hot tub, offers fabulous views across orange and almond groves to Denia and the Mediterranean.

The real feature of this apartment is the huge terrace. This is furnished with table and chairs for al fresco meals and sun loungers for just simply relaxing with a book. The jacuzzi on the terrace is a great place to relax and enjoy the fabulous view.

Perfect for chilling out whilst positioned close to Denia, Javea and even Valencia, Alicante or Benidorm for days out.

Entrance into this spacious and light apartment is from the fourth floor covered landing. A lift comes straight up from the parking area. There is the added advantage of a back entrance that leads out to an extensive covered terrace and the gardens.

The large lounge and dining area has double sliding doors out to the terrace. The lounge is comfortably furnished, and has satellite TV and DVD. There is a stylish dining table and chairs for six people. The galley style kitchen is extremely well equipped and is separated from the dining area by a breakfast bar.
The master bedroom (double bed) has an en suite shower room. Double doors go out to the terrace. The second bedroom (twin beds) has the family bathroom next door. In addition there is a guest cloakroom (with wc) in the entrance hall.

Further details outdoors:
At the back of the apartment, accessed from the utility room, is another huge terrace. Here is another table and chairs and a small portable barbecue. This terrace leads directly out to the gardens at the back of the apartment and offers a quiet area to relax in the shade.

In the lovely gardens of Las Mimosas is a large swimming pool, shared by all the flats. The pool has a small dedicated kiddies pool, and really isn't used a lot even in the high season! But it is a great place to meet new friends while you are on holiday.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

The Northern Costa Blanca has long been a popular holiday destination for Spaniards and foreigners alike. The area is still famous for its Valencia oranges that are exported all over the world. Within half hour's drive is Benidorm where a fun day out is guaranteed with a visit to Terra Mitica (theme park), Aqualandia (water park), Terra Natura or Mundomar. And in the evening a trip to Benidorm Palace where a spectacular cabaret is performed - not to be missed! Visit Alicante to see the old Castle, or wander around the port. And more locally, enjoy a drive inland to picturesque Guadalest perched high above a lake. The city of Valencia has many monuments well worth a visit and the city is once again host to the European F1 Grand Prix 22nd to 24th of June 2012. Valencia is also a great place to go shopping. And not too far away is Buñol where the world famous 'Tomatina' fiesta is celebrated each year on the last Wednesday of August. It is also possible to visit Barcelona by train in a day!

The Denia / La Sella Golf area

There are many restaurants at nearby Denia or Javea catering for all palates and ranging from inexpensive 'menu del dia' to more pricier gourmet cuisine. The 27 hole golf course of La Sella is on the doorstep of Las Mimosas, perfect for those wanting to play golf. It is also perfect for a small family as there is a shared pool where the kids can make new friends. Beaches and secluded coves are numerous up and down the coast and there are many places to visit by car to keep the kids amused. Throughout the year there are fiestas typical of Spain and most of them offering fantastic firework displays.

Excellent apartment in quite location - A wonderful modern apartment with luxury facilities backed up by the very responsive service from aspects of Spain,the underfloor heating was terific as our stay was early in the year.Located on the forth floor the views from the balcony were excellent.There is a restaurant and small supermarket a short walk away however a car is essential.The added luxury of a hot tub was a real bonus however the uphill driveway entrance to the apartments was not for the feint hearted.

We didn't want to leave the apartment - We wanted to get away for Christmas and with the apartment at Las Mimosas we found the perfect place to stay.
We have stayed in the area before so we didn't want to visit many places. The apartment is so comfortable that we just enjoyed lazing around and enjoying the fantastic view. The luxury of the large front terrace and having a terrace to the garden at the back of the apartment is exceptional. The apartment has everything one needs. If you enjoy the local markets like we do and want to cook the local produce yourself then the kitchen is no excuse not to - everything is there!
Due to flight delays we arrived late at night but thanks to the excellent directions given by aspects of Spain we found the apartment very easily. There was a light burning to welcome us and the welcome pack was just that...very welcome!
All in in all we had a lovey time and will definitely return.

Exactly as shown on website - Fab appartment, exactly as shown on website. Spacious living area, great terrace, sun throughout the day but always shade available. Quiet and relaxing ambiance. Nice pizzeria/restaurant within walking distance. Great beaches a short drive away.

Enjoyable stay in spacious apartment - The apartment felt very luxurious and spacious which boasted amazing views of the coast which were even visible from the hot tub!
