A truly cosy yet spacious cottage, it is 4 star accommodation, a real home from home feel with log fires. It is located on the main high street in the village of Delabole and within walking distance of all local amenities.
Ideal location to explore the magnificent North Cornwall coastline with its fantastic beaches, and wonderful villages of north Devon and Cornwall, enjoy scenic walks, cycle along the beautiful camel trail route, pony trekking or visit the national trust historic houses.

The West Country / Cornwall region
Cornwall is famous for its mild climate and fantastic beaches, where rolling Atlantic breakers offer exhilarating year-round surfing. The landscape is rugged and dramatic and the area is great for walking as it is very scenic.
Take the beautiful cycle routes and enjoy the rural countryside views, or moorland pony trekking, explore the wonderful villages of north Devon and Cornwall or visit the national trust historic houses.
Delabole area
Delabole is famous for its historic slate quarry it is a small village, all amenities are within walking distance, there are two pubs, a post office, a very well stocked Spa convenience store, garage, fish & chips shop, hairdressers, park with play-area, Ferndale Farm coarse fishing lakes.
Surrounding areas can offer an 18 hole golf course (just a mile away), water sports, cycling, horse riding, many children's adventure parks and other attractions.
Trebarwith Strand which is a beautiful sandy beach is about 1.1/4 miles away, there are many picturesque villages, harbours, and there are quaint old market towns, historic houses, and not forgetting 'The Eden Project' and the lost gardens of Heligan.
How to get there
AA Route Planner can be provided from start of destination. Newquay airport is 30 minutes drive away, Exeter and Plymouth airports are just over one hour drive away. The Nearest Railway Station is 25 minutes drive. There are several car hire companies within the area here are a couple i would reccommend. Upstairs comprises of a family bathroom with bath, toilet , shower cubicle, and underfloor heating, one twin bedroom. one double bedroom with king-size bed and en-suite facilities.
Generous sized living room with solid oak floor, multi-fuel fire and central heating radiator, leading from the lounge is the cosy dining room with multi-fuel fire and feature slate fireplace.
The fully fitted integral kitchen is spacious with a traditional slate floor and is generously equipped.
Further details outdoors: There is a small decked patio area leading from the kitchen and a further small garden with patio table and chairs, sun loungers and a barbecue, there is also a washing line.

Parking is available on the road in front of the cottage. All prices include electricity.
Conditions
£100 deposit per week required when booking with balance due six weeks prior to the holiday starts.
Full cancellation applies if within six weeks of the holiday start date - we will refund if we can re-book.
Arrival and Departure: normal time of occupation is 3 p.m on arrival day. Departure must be by 10 a.m. on the departure day.
Bedding and towels are provided but please bring beach towels.
All prices include electricity, linen towels and cleaning Parking is available on the road in front of the cottage
