A traditional Cornish stone cottage with sheltered sunny garden, close to the coast path ( 2 miles ) and beaches at Tregardock, Trebarwith, Bossinney. 3 comfortable bedrooms, a large fitted kitchen, large bathroom with bath and shower cubicle, dining lounge with woodburner. A quiet situation, close to Port Isaac, Tintagel and Boscastle and to Bodmin Moor. Welcome pack and electricity included. The cottage is close to the Delabole slate quarry and was previously a Trap house, Village store and a miner's cottage in the 1850's.
Delabole is well placed for touring North Cornwall and there is easy free parking 20 metres away.

Trains reach Bodmin Parkway from LondonPaddington and we transfer you. Also from Bodmin Coach station. With a car, we are an hour's drive from Exeter. In Delabole you are perfectly placed for several beaches and the coast villagesby car or local bus.
Places to visit locally include King Arthur's Castle, St Nectan's Glen, The Coast Path, Roughtor mountain, Trebarwith Strand, Tregardock and Bossinney beaches, Boscastle Pottery, Witches Museum. Valency river valley and St Juliots church, Tintagel's Arthurian legend, Port Isaac's ancient streets and Doc Martin setting. Beyond these North Cornwall has Houses and Gardens, Wildlife Parks, Cycle trails, Festivals and Fetes in the summer months.
Delabole is a friendly Cornish community. A step away from the pace of the coast villages and a retreat from the busier places. The Old Trap House is at the edge of Delabole, close to its famous quarry, a quiet and comfortable way to explore North Cornwall. There is a Spar supermarket, pub, petrol station and bookshop café. A free car park is 20 yards away and the local coast bus stops in the centre of the village.
On foot you can roam the Delabole heath or walk 1.5 miles to the coast path and Tregardock beach, and further to Trebarwith Strand.
