As the villa is only occupied during the low season, guests can be guaranteed complete privacy. The property is perfect for those that enjoy the outdoors, and are looking for a real escape. Around the house are some beautifully maintained gardens, orchards of olives, mandarins and grenadines and the aroma of bougainvillea. Guests can choose to dine either on the terrace by the house or by the house?s swimming pool. The pool, complete with Jacuzzi, is found on a large upper terrace and offers breathtaking views of the sea and the mountains that cradle this region of Mallorca. A little removed from the pool, along a stone path is a floodlit tennis court. The house itself is inviting and informal, and is distributed over two floors. The master bedroom, situated on the upper floor, has a traditional Majorcan double bed and offers panoramic views from its French doors and adjoining terrace. The main living area of the house is on the lower floor and includes living room, kitchen, dining room and a billiards room. A further two double bedrooms are located on this floor

Top Floor: Air conditioned Master bedroom suite with Mallorquine style king sized bed (1.80m x 2.00m), TV, split-level with en-suite bathroom and lounge with 4 easy chairs and a coffee table situated in front of a fireplace and 2 sets of French doors to upper terraces with superb panoramic views of sea and mountain. Grounds: Private drive way into the estate with electric remote controlled door. Parking space for 5 cars. Large terrace leading from the dining area, equipped with a teak dining table for 8 people and parasol with panoramic sea and mountain views. 3 smaller terraces in front of Master bedroom and guest room. Stairs leading up to the gardens and the large swimming pool (12m x 5m) with walk-in Jacuzzi surrounded by well kept lawns. The pool area is well equipped with 5 sun loungers, outdoor shower, iron and stone dining table for 8 people, barbeque terrace with full kitchen facilities including oven, hob and fridge under veranda.
