The apartment is in a private development of stone houses, built in the traditional Mallorquin style, with wooden beams, terracotta floors and white walls. It is furnished to a very high standard, and every attention to detail has been made to make it the perfect home from home
The views from the terrace are stunning, the location, very peaceful, and very convenient, just a short stroll to the many wonderful restaurants in the village, and a 20 minute walk down to the Cala, Deias' beautiful cove.

The Mallorca/Majorca region
Deia is one of the most idyllic villages on Mallorca. It has long been the home of artists, writers, poets and musicians, and retains a slightly bohemian atmosphere. There are many superb restaurants in the village, a great bar, a mini supermaket/bakery, a pharmacy, 2 banks and a few individual shops.
There are beautiful walks all around the area, and a delightful walk through the olive groves and citrus orchards down to Cala Deia, the stunning cove, with the crystal clear water of the Mediterranean, and the Tramuntana mountains as a backdrop
Deia area
The English poet and novelist Robert Graves settled in the village and set many of his stories in Deia. His house is now a museum
There are weekly markets in the nearby towns of soller and Valldemossa.

Flights to Palma, then a 30 minute drive to Deia.

Further details indoors: The living area has cane furniture, a log burning fireplace, satelite tv, a dvd player and a cd. There is a full library of books, dvds and cds. The dining area has french doors leading out to the terrace, which is completely private, not overlooked at all, and the views of the mountains and of Deia church are spectacular. At night, the church is floodlit. There are sunloungers, a barbeque and garden dining furniture.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, the second bedroom has twin beds, Egyptian cotton sheets and down duvets are provided. The fiully equipped kitchen has everything that you would need for your stay, and the luxury bathroom has a large vanity untit, bath with shower overhead, bidet and w.c.
Further details outdoors: There is a designated parking space, Son canals is situated on the edge of the village, is extremely quiet and peaceful, and a perfect location to stroll into the village, or down to the beach

The apartment is must be vacated by 11.00am on the day of departure, and will be avaialble after 2.00pm on the day of arrival. These times may be negotiated if it is not a changeover day
Conditions
A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking, the balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to departure
