"Very comfortable house, well located, with stunning views."
We stayed at The Buoys as a group of eight old friends for New Year 2015. The house is extremely comfortable and well furnished. It had everything we needed and was warm and cosy even on the couple of days when the wind was howling and the rain drumming from off the sea. It is very conveniently located between Llandudno (we enjoyed catching the train) and Conwy (we enjoyed the walk). Owner Lee was very friendly and helpful and able to recommend some good local walks. Recommended.

"Christmas Family Gathering"
The Buoys was perfect for our Christmas family gathering of 6 adults, 3 young children and a baby. The Christmas decorations were tasteful, the welcome pack appreciated and the accommodation, views and location more than lived up to our expectations, We look forward to visiting again in the future.

"Stunning house, fantastic views - PERFECT"
This was our third stay at The Buoys and will, hopefully, be staying there again next year. Friendly welcome, spotlessly clean, well equipped with a very comfortable relaxing atmosphere with the most stunning views - cannot fault it. Fresh flowers together with a welcome pack of milk, yogurts, fresh fruit juice etc await you as well as the most fantastic home-made lemon cake!!! We love it and always look forward to staying there. Conveniently placed on the coast path with easy walking to both Conwy or Llandudno.
Thank you very much for your kind review of the The Buoys and it was lovely to see you again. We're glad you enjoyed your stay and we certainly hope to see you all again.

"Home from home but with fantastic view !"
We returned to The Buoys because we knew based on past experience we would really enjoy our stay and it did not disappoint. The location of this property is superb and who could fail to be impressed with the views and if your luck the amazing sunsets.
It is a great base to explore the surrounding areas and there are plenty of great walks. The Buoys is very tastefully decorated and all bed linen and towels are spotlessly clean.
We were greeted by Lee on arrival and as usual got a very warm friendly welcome. We enjoyed the wine, the yogurts and the fruit juices that had been left for us. Also there are plenty of pans, crockery etc for meals in which we did most nights.
We love this place and I'm sure we will be back before the year is out.
