Les Petions: A delightful and very comfortable two bedroom 18th century country carriage home on three acres. 5Km from the village of Pont L'eveque, 17Km from Honfleur and Deauville.

Open concept living room and dining room with a fully equipped kitchen, with wood stove. Shower room and two lavatories. BBQ, garden, and shared pool. Linen provided.

Situated amongst walking and biking trails with two local restaurants within 2Km. One hour drive to D-day Beaches and Rouen. Golf, horse riding, and beaches available within short driving distance.

The Normandy / Calvados region

The Calvados region of Normandy is full of rolling valleys, apples blossoms in the spring, with cows grazing. There are beautiful sandy beaches to swim in the summer and fabulous walking all year round.
The D-Day beaches and memorial museum is close by.

The Bayeux tapestries are 45 minute drive away, as are the Monet Gardens Giverny.
There are many beautiful Norman churches to visit.
Normandy is known for it's soft cheese's, calvados, and fresh oyster's, mussels, shrimp, and scallops.

“Wonderful Accommodation, Great Location, and so peaceful” I stayed here with my husband and twin grandsons, and we were at home as soon as we arrived, Penny the owner is wonderful. She made us very welcome on arrival, gave us a guided tour, explained how things worked, and the code for entering the pool (so that the children didn't enter without supervision). The house was exactly as advertised, and had everything you could want, and more. Penny had thought of everything, from milk in the fridge to household cleaner/s and dishwasher tablets. She really has put in the extra effort you don't usually get when turning up at a holiday home. The house was very comfortable. The beds, quality of bedding and towels was superb - the kind of quality you'd get in a good hotel. My grandchildren adored her and have told their mum (on returning home), that they can't wait to go back next year. As the accommodation is up a flight of stairs above the barn, it isn't advisable for anyone with disabilities, unless you are able to walk up and down stairs unaided. It isn't really suitable for small children. Our only disappointment was that we were only there for 1 week.
