The South East England / Kent region
Kent is blessed with a mild climate and low rainfall. It is known as the Garden of England and is renowned for orchards, hops and vineyards. The surrounding area to Deal has many beautiful, historic villages and towns. THe seaside towns of Whitstable, Broadstairs, Ramsgate and Margate are within 30 minutes drive or rail journey as is Canterbury. there are three Golf Courses close by, fishing from the pier or the beach, yachting, rowing and cycling are also favourite pastimes.

Deal is a fashionable seaside tobn and has just been voted No 1. in Coast magazine's poll as "Top Spot to lay your Beach Towel."
Deal has also been voted "Pier of the Year 2008" by the National Pier's Society and has been praised for the low number of amusement arcades, genuine Georgians properties and winding streets. The town has convenient facilities for easy living with many thriving individual shops, boutiques, pubs, restaurants, antique shops and also places of historical interest, three castles, museum, theatre and time ball tower. The scenic seafront hosts nautical events and outdoor entertainment. Close by are the ferry ports of Dover and Folkestone for day trips to France.

Start days for bookings are Saturdays. 30% deposit on booking balance to be paid 6 weeks before arrival. Bookings made with less than six weeks before the holiday require full payment at the time of booking. We are pleased to accept cheques direct to us. Paypal accepted. Guests are requested to leave on day of departure by 10am, and to arrive on day of arrival after 4pm.
A deposit of £150 is requested - in cheque form- which will be returned after the property has been checked for damage or breakages, following the departure of guests.
