Due to the steep stairs to the upper floors of the property it would not be suitable for disabled or infirm guests.

Cot and highchair need to be requested at time of booking. Bedding for cot is NOT supplied.
Changing mat, potty, toilet trainer seat and step stool, baby bath are available on request.

Departure time no later than 10.00hrs.
A £100 refundable security deposit is required at time of booking, subject ot no damage or breakages.

France can be seen clearly in fine weather from this part of the Kent coast and the iconic White Cliffs of Dover nearby.

The Deal area
Deal is a small seaside town close to the busy ferry port of Dover, and half an hour drive from the ancient Cathederal City of Canterbury. The property is situated in the conservation area of Deal and fronting onto the beach.
Many restaurants and public houses in Deal, long pier. Historic castle. Weekly farmers market and Saturday market offer a selection of local produce.

The property can be reached by road, rail or ferry. It is approximately 20 minutes from the ferry port of Dover, or approximately 35 minutes from the Shuttle terminal in Folkstone.
High Speed trains run regularly from London St.Pancras (approx 65 mins).
The local train station of Deal is approximately a 12 minute walk.
The M25, M20 and M2 are all easily accessible, as are Gatwick Airport (approx 90 mins) or Stansted Airport (approx 90 mins)
