There are two convenience shops within 500 yards and both Ocado and Sainsbury's will deliver directly to the apartment should you want to arrange this online before arrival.

Deal is located in the heart of White Cliffs Country. A great base from where you can enjoy the coast and countryside of East Kent, the garden of England and all its history.
Award winning vineyards, world class golf courses and a spectacular collection of castles are all within easy reach.
The Deal area
Deal has a number of English heritage sites nearby, including the two 16th Century castles of Deal and Walmer both within walking distance of the apartment.
The historic city of Canterbury with its famous Cathedral is a short drive away, whilst if you prefer something more modern then Margates Turner Contemporary Art Gallery is just as close.
We have three world class Golf course within a 15min drive of the apartment, including the 2011 British Golf Open course at Royal St Georges.
There is also great sea fishing right outside the door, and if you dont get a bite then the local fish and chip shop will even deliver to the beach!

The apartment is only a 10 minute walk from Deal station, with its high speed train links direct into London Kings Cross St Pancras taking only 1hr and 15 mins. Trains also run to and from Charing Cross. There is a taxi service in the station car park if you dont fancy the short walk.
Approx 1hrs drive from the M25, junction 2 (via A2) or junction 3 (via M20).
Deal is only a short drive from the Port of Dover, its Cruise Terminal, and nearby Eurotunnel Services. Its easily accessible from the Continent and perfectly located for a day trip to France. Just remember to pack your passport!
Manston Airport is a short drive away with direct flights to and from Edinburgh and Belfast City.

We were looking for a beach side rental within 2 hours drive from home with our 2 young children. This spot was perfect, we have never been to Deal before and were really taken with the quaint row of coloured houses along the beach side, the castles and the promenade. The apartment was great, spacious, superbly clean and had everything we needed, it had a calm and relaxing feel about it, simply lovely. We all had a ball and will definitely come back.

A really lovely, beautifully clean apartment. Enormous bedrooms, superb showers and well located for exploring Deal and the surrounding areas. I, and my family, would happily return.
