Plenty of fun for mum and dad too, with evening entertainment, sit back relax, have a drink and enjoy the shows, or a meal out at the local pubs and restaurants. During the day tuck in to fish n chips or ice cream beside the seaside, and relax. Those preferring to venture further afield will find so much to do you will need to book another holiday next year!
Nearby you have the English Riviera and all the shops, attractions, eating out and drinking, anyone could wish for. Dartmoor is nearby with superb walking, cycling, horse riding facilities. Exeter for a shoppers paradise. On the coast take in a boat trip, or a dip in the sea, or just a romantic stroll along the shoreline. Something for everyone!

The apartment is conveniently situated on the ground floor. It has one good sized double bedroom with wardrobe and drawers, bedside lights, and electric heater. Sleeping arrangements provided include one double bed, one single sofa bed and one single fold out bed.
The living area has one three seater sofa and a single sofa bed, there is a dining table and chairs to accommodate 4 people. Colour TV with digi channels, and a portable CD/radio. The kitchenette has full size electric cooker, microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster. A range of units.
The bathroom has full size bath, sink and WC.
The whole apartment is in excellent decorative order, tastefully furnished to give a comfortable home from home appeal.

On the Welcome holiday park you will find all the facilities available for your use for a small weekly charge. Adults £4 children 5-17 £3 and under fives free. To include club membership and swimming pool.
Plenty of free parking available on site.
Children's adventure playground free of charge.
Crazy golf.
Food outlets and shops.
Nightime entertainment and shows.
Please note the park facilities are only open between Easter and the end of October.
Reception is open weekdays and Sundays 9 am to 6 pm, Saturdays 8 am to 8 pm. If arriving late please advise me.

Unfortunately this is a family holiday site so no bookings for groups under the age of 25 accepted. Couples and families only. You must be over 21 years to book the holiday. Of course the children are welcome!
If you would like to make a booking please email me with your email address or home address, so I can confirm the dates you request and the price. Once your payment has cleared I will forward on to you confirmation and what to do on arrival at the park.
Conditions
This apartment would accommodate a wheelchair user but it is recommended to bring a portable ramp to access the outside step.
Holiday deposit will be 25% of total cost of holiday, with balance paid 28 days prior to commencement of holiday, or the deposit will be forfieted. Cancellation will also mean forfiet of the deposit. Cancellation less than 30 days prior to holiday, no refund, sorry.
Payment must be paid in full prior to 28 days of commencement of holiday. Should you book at less than 28 days payment must be made in full at time of booking.
I usually like to start the holiday on Fridays, but if an alternative is required please let me know.
A dog may be accepted so long as on best behaviour!
A travel cot can be provided for a small additional fee.
The West Country / Devon region
The beautiful West Country region of the UK has it all, superb countryside, coastal scenes and exciting cities. A mild climate on the south coast. All of this plus a fantastic location - it is just a stones throw from Dartmoor National Park.
The Dawlish / Dawlish Warren area
Attractions galore! Something for everyone, every age. See the famous Dawlish black swans. Visit paignton zoo. Take a trip to the English Riviera nearby. Go all out shopping in Exeter. Have a day on Dartmoor walking, cycling, horse riding or just a drive and a picnic and see the wildlife. A day at the beach, fish n chips, ice cream, a relaxing drink, or just enjoy the sunshine and sea. Kids will love Creally adventure park near Exeter. Have a boat trip. Ride on a steam train. So much to see and do.

Easy!!
By Road - From Bristol/Exeter via the M5, take junction 30 and follow signs to Dawlish along the A379. Turn off at first signpost for Dawlish Warren. Once in Dawlish Warren look for the Welcome holiday park, and call into reception.
By Coach - National Coaches run to Dawlish regularly, or get to Exeter and transfer to local buses to Dawlish Warren. The bus stop is right outside the Welcome holiday park, ask the driver!
By Rail - Intercity trains run to Dawlish, then take a taxi from there for about £5. There is also a local regular service between Exeter and Dawlish Warren during the summer. The Welcome holiday park is just a short 400 yard walk along the level.
By Air - Flybe is based at Exeter airport and has many regular flights from UK and European airports.
