Home description
This is a great family holiday at Dawlish Warren. The park is one of the best in the area and caters for all members of the family. There are four indoor pools, a good children's club with a daily entertainment programe , super night club with Caberet, disco,, bingo, singing and competitions. There is a restaurant and Take Away, crazy golf and playground,etc, fishing and a really good golf course are nearby. Also The English Riviera, Torquay/ Dartmoor are close. There are lots of visitor attractions in the nearby areas. The accommodation is a two storey maisonette style chalet with two bedrooms upstairs ( a double and a twin) and there are two double bed settees in the lounge. There is a shower over the bath with a separate toilet. The kitchen is spacious and has electric cooker / microwave/ and under work surface fridge and freezer.A well behaved dog is welcome to come with you, and if you enjoy walks with him you can take the dog on area's of the beach and there is a good nature reserve walk also..-You can also look at my Web page jmbholidays .co.uk

The West Country is one of the most beautiful spots in Britian with it's mild climate and several large cities unrivalled sea , beaches, and coastal attractions. Beautiful Dartmoor with its rugged splendour,, quaint cottages and cream teas, boating, fishing and horse riding country.
Dawlish / Dawlish Warren area
Dawlish Warren has one of the best beaches in the area. It has the much coveted Blue Flag Award. The beach has two miles of golden sand and lovely sand dunes( ideal for a quiet picnic). The top of the beach has amusements and fairground rides also some very good go carts. There are several good pubs and Take aways in the village. The village has its own railway station and buses stop outside the park.
How to get there
By road - From the M5, exit at 130 and take the Dawlish Rd A379. Driving through Kenton continue past Starcross bearing left over bridge at the harbour. The park is the second on the left at Dawlish Warren. By Rail - Intercity trains stop at Dawlish,. and some at Dawlish Warren which is five mins walk from the park. Bus- stops outside the park. Airport .-Exeter.

Further details indoors: The chalets are equipped for eight but the bed settees are both in the lounge area and in close proximity of one another. Would be more comfortable for up to Six persons, but eight are accepted.
Further details outdoors: The gardens and grounds are a communal area with car parking near the chalets. There is a launderette on site with irons and dryers. A good night club , children's club , and indoor pools. Resaraunt, Take away.

Family holiday bookings taken, also weekend or mid week breaks availailable I have not updated the vacancies- you will need to contact me for available dates. I am sorry I can not take any bookings from all male, all female, young groups under the age of 25yrs as the park caters for couples and families.

Please telephone for details / price list. Deposits accepted are, £50 on early/late season bookings, and £80 00 for peak weeks. The remainder is payable 28 days before the holiday date. There is an optional admittance fee for the club/pools payable on arrival at the park. Adults £4.00 for the week, children 5yrs to 18yrs £3.00 per week, under 5yrs free.
