Howard is a super 2 bedroom town house set in the quiet "old town" area of Dawlish and only a 10 minute easy level walk from the town centre, plus the lovely long sandy beach and extensive public park and gardens. The house is one of only three which are set back in a quiet location and accessed through an archway into a private courtyard area used for off road parking.
