The accommodation is arranged over three floors with the living room and kitchen diner on the first floor and bedrooms on the upper floor. To the rear of the house, through a small conservatory, is a flight of steps leading to a pretty established patio and shrub garden which has lovely views over the surrounding countryside. The house offers great family holiday accommodation with the thoughtful owners providing everything for visitors to experience a enjoyable stay including a free Wi~Fi connection. Dawlish is an ideal location to explore the sandy beaches of the South Devon coastline as well as the pretty villages which are plentiful in the immediate area. We are certain that Howard will soon become a favourite destination for many families and couples looking for good quality accommodation in a quiet convenient location.
