Bathroom with full size bath and shower over bath, lavatory and wash hand basin and shaver point. Ground Floor: Bedroom 2 with two single beds each measuring 3 foot across. Shower room with lavatory and small wash hand basin. Bedroom 3 which has a king size bed, another sofa, and double patio doors to pool and garden. There is no stairgate.

Come and enjoy the lovely sandy beach at Dawlish Warren which has an internationally renowned Nature Reserve that is popular with bird watchers. The South West Coastal Path is also 300 yards away. In the autumn, the wild rabbits can be seen feasting on the windfall apples in the garden. There are lovely sea views. The swimming pool has a new ionising water purifier which uses only the same level of chlorine as tap water. The nearby Haldon Forest is popular with cyclists. There are also riding stables within 11 miles of the property.
The Dawlish Carnival takes place in August and the Airshow is on 24th August 2013 and all events are free.

The West Country region
Dawlish Warren is known for its sandy beach which is just a short walk from the property and has an adjacent nature reserve. There are local shops and the property has the advantage of being situated close to the Exeter to Dawlish bus and rail services, with Dawlish town centre being approximately one and a half miles away. The town is known for its black swans, living on the brook running through the town, with adjacent lawns. Facilities include a variety of shops, churches, schools and health centre. Dawlish has a mainline railway station connecting to London Paddington.
In August the Dawlish Carnival is held with free events all week and the Airshow is held on 24th August 2013 with a display by the Red Arrows.
