4 Richmond House is situated in the characterful seaside town of Dawlish, ideally positioned close to the beach and town centre.

Internally the property is well equipped and is furnished to a high standard throughout. The open plan living/kitchen/dining area benefits form three full length windows which offer a light and airy living space.

Dawlish is a charming coastal town situated in the beautiful south coast of Devon. The town is heavily influenced by the Georgian and Victorian periods and there is a delightful park and brook running through the centre of town. Here you will find rare black swans and other wildlife.

The town’s railway station is nearby, offering good public transport links, and the lines presence along the seafront make Dawlish a popular choice for train spotters and photographers hoping to catch a glimpse of the waves crashing over the exposed coastal route. The sandy beach at Dawlish is set beside this historic railway, whilst the Blue Flag Beach at Dawlish Warren is only a couple of miles away.

Please note: A travel cot and highchair are available free of charge. This property can only accommodate one small dog.

Properties in Bude incur a 10% premium for stays over the Bude Jazz Festival.
