Sea views do not come much better than this. A great opportunity to holiday in a former coastguard cottage located in a tucked away setting, whist still enjoying easy access to the town's amenities and transport links. With spectacular and far reaching sea views across Dawlish beach out towards both Lyme Bay and Torbay, the cottage is arranged over two floors and comprises kitchen, lounge, dining area, a master bedroom and two smaller bedrooms, all with double beds. With front and rear gardens there is also a handy storeroom where beach gear and bikes can be kept. We guarantee these views will captivate you as they have, and still do, for us.
This house comes with 40" Smart TV, Blue Ray, Digital radios to each bedroom, Wi-Fi internet connections and Freeview TV to the main bedroom.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS HOUSE SITS 10 METRES DOWN FROM THE MAIN ROAD AND THEREFORE ON STREET PARKING IS A 2-3 MINUTE WALK AWAY FROM THE FRONT DOOR. THE COTTAGE IS ALSO 10 METRES ABOVE THE SEA WALL SO EVEN THE TOUGHEST INCLEMENT WEATHER IS SAFE TO VIEW FROM THE TERRACE. ITS SETTING OFF THE ROAD IS THE APPEAL.
ACCESS TO THE PROPERTY IS VIA A RAMP AND A SERIES OF STEPS AND PATHS. IT IS THEREFORE NOT RECOMMENDED FOR THE INFIRM, OR THOSE WHO NEED TO TRAVEL HEAVY.
With regards to pricing, please note that I have one rate for the whole year to make life easier for me on my listing. However, if you enquire on pricing then typically the range will be around £500 per week low season through to £850 per week high season.

Hi Paul. Many thanks for your kind words and I'm glad you enjoyed your break. With regards the parking we always give plenty of warning before people book the cottage, but we feel that the main attraction of the house is the fact it is down from the road and the only real sounds are the waves rather than traffic!

Thanks for your detailed review Andy. It will be good to welcome you back to enjoy the stormy winter waves! Just to let you know there is a salad spinner in the corner carousel! With regards to the mobile phone signal, we provide a landline phone in the house for visitors to use in a reasonable fashion, and the number is provided in the House Book - so please use it when you are next there. It will be good to have you back soon. I'm glad you rate it so highly.
