A smart two bedroom detached cottage situated within the exclusive Inny Vale Holiday Village is your home from home, with patio and BBQ, free Wi-Fi, and TV/DVD for the evenings. Great for families and couples, the cottage sleeps 4 and can also accommodate an infant. There is a professional tennis court on site, and a pub 2 miles away which serves superb roast dinners.

The nearest beach is Trebarwith Strand, with other great surfing beaches at Bude, Polzeath, and Crackington Haven not much further away. The town of Camelford is a short drive away and provides for most day to day needs. There are numerous places to eat, whatever your budget. The local fish and chip shop was voted best in the South West last year - and it deserved that. Padstow is famous for gourmet dining. Cornwall's many attractions are easily accessible since the cottage is very close to the Atlantic Highway. Our Housekeeper will ensure everything is ready for your with a Welcome Pack and Cornish Cream Tea provided on arrival. A Site Manager is available to assist to deal with any issues and help make your holiday trouble-free.

There is a cosy pub 2 miles away. The town of Camelford is a short drive away and provides for most day to day needs. The nearest Beach is Trebarwith Strand. There are plenty of walks of varying lengths in the surrounding area. Sea/coarse/fly fishing all within 15 minutes drive. Horse riding - trekking on Bodmin Moor, cantering on the beaches around Bude or lessons at the local stables. Golf at nearby Bowood Park near Camelford or at Trethorne near Launceston. Surfing for the experienced or lessons and equipment hire at many north coast beaches. Canoeing or sea kayaking. Cycling particularly along the Camel Trail and the National Cycle Trail and plenty of bike hire shops. Swimming either at local leisure centres or in the sea from many of the wonderful beaches. Windsurfing at Daymer Bay and Rock. Sailing at Rock. Fishing trips from Padstow and Boscastle. Ten Pin Bowling at Trethorne and Bude. Steam trains. The South West Coast Path offers many miles of coastline in Cornwall and there are plenty more beautiful walks around the area. Microlight flying at the nearby airfield on Davidstow Moor. Plenty of adventure parks and farm parks for the children and Newquay Zoo and Blue Reef Aquarium.

We use PayPal so all major credit cards are accepted. We are also happy to accept Bank Transfer payment.
We ask for a small non-refundable booking deposit. The remainder of the balance is payable, together with a returnable damage deposit, on or before a date about four weeks before the beginning of the holiday.

A deposit of £50 is required to secure your booking, payable with seven days of reservation.
Strictly no smoking inside.
Sorry, pets are not permitted but there are kennels close by so your pet can go on holiday too!
Refundable breakages deposit of £100 payable in advance, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
100% of rental fee due four weeks before your stay.
Property is suitable for young children. A Cot and High Chair are provided free.
Sorry no young, single-sex parties accepted.

The Davidstow / Inny Vale Holiday Village area
Historically fascinating and naturally beautiful, this area of North Cornwall has so much to offer. The small market town of Camelford is just a few miles away with a range of amenities available, including banks, supermarket, restaraunts, leisure centre and a five star fish and chip shop.
Picturesque costal villages of Boscastle, Port Isaac and Tintagel are within easy reach. Explore the nearby countryside, walking opportunities on Bodmin Moor are numerous and varied, a wide open rugged moor land , a variety of landscapes with wildlife and prehistoric standing stones to discover. The highest 'Tors' on Bodmin Moor including Rough Tor and Brown Willy. By car it is a short drive the North Cornish Coast, with its rugged costal walks, breathtaking scenery and superb beaches. Wide sandy stretches at Widemouth and Polzeath are a surfers paradise, in contrast dramatic cliffs provide a sheltered backdrop to beaches at Trebarwith Strand, Bossiney and Crackington Haven. Trethorne Golf course is a short drive.
Horse riding, cycle hire, and numerous golf courses are all close by. For the children there are several theme parks including Crealy Great Adventure Park at Wadebridge and Flambards at Helston.

By Road: From M5 Junction 31, follow A30 towards Okehampton - then on towards Launceston.
Beyond Launceston bear left onto the A395 signed North Cornwall, Camelford and Wadebridge.
Follow A395 for some miles. 1½ miles after the Wilsey Down Hotel/Pub in Hallworthy you are looking out for Davidstow Church, take a left turn directly opposite the church signed posted Inny Vale, Tremail.
Follow the narrow road down the hill continue straight on you will see the tennis court and row of cottages on the left, the entrance to Inny Vale is just little further on the left hand side.
By Rail: Nearest station Bodmin Parkway. Taxi is about 20 minutes but this can vary with season/traffic.
By Air: Nearest airport Newquay, Car Hire available.
By Coach: See National Express for schedule and local services.

Chynance is a well appointed and comfortable cottage. It is well placed for places of interest and the coast. There are several options within easy travelling distance for eating out .The weather was not very good when we stayed and we were glad of the efficient heating. It made for an enjoyable holiday.
