The Davenport / Legacy Park area

Legacy park is an upmarket area and is situated on Highway 27 just off the US192. It has easy access to all major roads and attractions in the area. Interstate 4 and Highway 192 are minutes away making it a 15 minute trip to the Disney Theme Parks.

There is a choice of takeaways and a large supermarket only 3 minutes away, and a huge choice of restaurants and attractions on US192 in under a 10 minute drive. There is also a choice of Golf courses nearby.

“Luxury, home from home, house with pool, games room and WIFI.” We were absolutely blown away when we first walked into the house. The house is close to the junction of the 192 and the 27, about 10 miles from Disney. It is probably 15 miles further to Universal Studios. The garden is private and pool area is excellent. The games room proved to be a popular destination after a day in the parks or shopping. Free WIFI and an extensive cable TV package with sports (including live UK Premiership Football on Saturdays) and movies rounded it off. The master bed was massive. We're used to a kingsize bed so this one must be Super, Super Kingsize!!!!! I would suggest that the maximum party size is 4 adults, 2 older children, 1 younger child and an infant in a crib. The house also has a pushchair and a highchair for the younger child. Would return to the house in a heartbeat..........

“Excellent” Fabulous villa, with everything you could ever need. Beautifully furnished, flat screen TVs in all bedrooms. The master suite has to be seen to be believed! Wayne was extremely professional to deal with and the house was superb, we would stay again at the drop of a hat. Having WIFI was a definate benefit. Additonal features that were provided included a cot, high chair, toys, stair gate, beach towels, pool inflatables, clothes dryer, snooker and air hockey tables and even a stroller! We had a great holiday and we can be extremely picky but there was nothing to fault at this top notch property.

“Very nice large house with all mod cons” House is nicely furnished and equipped to a very high standard, great for children with pool, games room and games console, very nice to come back to after a long day at the theme parks

“Absolute Fabulous” House far exceeded our expectaions, exttremly well kited out, did not want for anything. Will recommend it to anyone,you can not go wrong. Very large and spacious will suit two families easily. Will revisit.

Just a quick message to say thank you very much. Your villa that we stayed in at Legacy Park was out of this world! The photos online that we saw before we arrived just do not do it justice when you see it with your own eyes. The rooms were so spacious and the pool was bigger than expected. The kids loved the pool (probably more than the Disney parks!). It made our holiday, the location was good and it was everything we had hoped for and more. Thank you. We were all amazed at how beautiful the villa was, kids were not sure what to do first, PS2, swimming pool and then they found the games!! I'm pretty sure we could have spent the week there and forget about Disney etc !! Everything was there that we needed and so clean and tidy, oh and the bed was so comfortable. Your instructions were clear and precise,and we were very happy about the wi-fi btw!!  I have recommended you to many friends now and when we get the chance to go back to Florida we will for sure try and book with you again..
