The living room is on the ground floor cable TV, including DVD player and upgraded high quality furniture added.
There is also a formal dining area and a separate eating area in the breakfast room with a sit in bay window. A further eating area within the covered screened patio. A fully fitted kitchen has many extra all new appliances including fridge freezer with many more kitchen apparatus. Nearby a separate utility room incorporating, washing machine, dryer, iron plus ironing board, and a hair dryers. Off the living room, patio doors lead out onto the lanai, onward to a fantastic pool/spa extended deck complete with a deck and pool thats always in the sun and yet always has a shaded area too 25ft pool, security fence for pool, overlooking a large open space and trees, incorporating added safety features, also includes a fully fitted overhead screen. Our house has high chair, cot, buggy and baby alarm ready and waiting , WIFI installed, and a games room with light a fan.

For added protection a lockable gated, 4' attachable fence, completely protecting the pool area from danger to infants, this also includes an outdoor eating area.

The Florida / Orlando Disney Area region
Davenport, is just west on the well known 192, the US 27 is close to everything, from golf courses, theme parks, supermarkets, pharmacies and places to eat you name it! Davenport is quiet yet close to everything.
The shops in Orlando have something for even the most discerning shopper! Now Mall At Millenia offering 1.2 million square feet of shoppers delight is open. Orlando features the areas only Tiffany’s, Bloomingdales and Neiman Marcus. This mall also has 150 other quality stores. But don't forget the superb outlet malls with designer goods at super prices.
Orlando and the surrounding areas such as Kissimmee, offer a selection of T-shirt and souvenir gift shops to designer outlets. The town of Clearwater is our favourite, not to mention DISNEY WORLD and UNIVERSAL. We like to take trips to Mount Dora for the old town feel. Visit our website for local attractions!

Ust wanted to say thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.We had a lovely time weather was really hot up in the mid 100’s,so made good use of the pool.We have never stayed at Calabay Parc before but what a lovely site, well kept and maintained with some beautiful villas,the layout of your villa is much different to others we have rented and is very impressive inside and out ,it was also well equipped immaculate and of a very high standard and the fact that your not over looked set it above lots of the other lovely villas on this site.We would definitely rent your villa again and would not hesitate to recommend you to our friends and family .We felt Sharon that the photos on your web site did not do your home the justice it deserves {it was beautiful}. the Richards Family
