About the home

Our one story villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms is furnished to a very high standard and comes complete with a large covered sun deck and private outdoor swimming pool.It is situated in an exclusive community accessed by a coded security gate ensuring your privacy and security during your stay. You will also have access to the Residents Clubhouse complete with gymnasium and outdoor swimming pool.

You will be just 15 minutes from Disney, Epcot, Animal Kingdom, and Hollywood Studios, and 20 minutes from Sea World, International Drive, Wet and Wild, Universal Studios and Universal Islands of Adventure.
If that's not enough Busch Gardens, Tampa, Kennedy Space Centre, Cocoa Beach, Daytona, and the Gulf beaches are all within easy driving distance.

If you're a golf fan then you won't be disappointed because our villa is within easy reach of a large number of highly acclaimed courses, the nearest being just 5 minutes from the front door. Shops, supermarkets and restaurants are all just a short drive from our villa. In fact you couldn't wish for a better place as a base for your Florida holiday.

For your convenience:
The kitchen is fully fitted with dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer with drinks dispenser, large cooker, washing machine and tumble dryer. Utensils, bed linen, towels etc are all provided.

For your comfort:
The villa is fully air conditioned, the lounge has a colour TV, CD player, and telephone. The master bedroom also has a TV.

A living room to relax in after a full day at the parks.

A separate family room for the kids to play in.

Somewhere to eat:
For alfresco dining there is a six seater table on the patio. For informal eating there is a four seater breakfast table, and for more formal dining there is a main dining table with 6 chairs.

A fully enclosed private pool which can be heated during the winter months. The pool has a shallow end for the younger members of your party and a deeper end for the more confident.

Somewhere to catch the rays:
A large patio area with 4 sunbeds and 6 chairs for sunbathing, eating, reading, relaxing....or just to let the world drift by.

Conditions

A 10% deposit is required within 7 days of booking request with the balance due 30 days prior to departure.
Pool heating is available at an additional £30 per day.

Fantastic Florida. Whether you want to relax, play, enjoy the nightlife, beaches, shopping, food....or just have fun with your family, this is the place to be. The temperature is great all year round. A little warmer in the summer and a bit cooler in the winter months. Florida really does live up to its name 'The Sunshine State'.

The Davenport / The Manors North at Westridge area

The Manors at Westridge is centrally positioned and provides the ideal location for your Florida holiday. Close enough to the attractions to ensure that you don't waste time in the car but far enough away to provide sanctuary from the tourist areas when you want to get away. A real home away from home!

Fly to either Orlando International Airport or Sanford (Orlando). Orlando International is a 30 minute drive from our villa whilst Sanford is about 45 minutes away.
Flights are also available to Tampa (about one hour away), and Miami (about 3 hours away).
Car hire is readily available at all of these airports and is the easiest and cheapest way of getting around in Florida.
Once on the ground our villa is very easy to get to. With the entire journey made on major roads you'll be at your destination in no time.
