The Florida / Orlando Disney Area
Destination Florida - everything you could want in a holiday - sunshine, theme parks and beaches and you can visit all these whilst basing yourself in my home with your own private swimming pool, private heated hot tub and views over a lake.
The Disney parks are on your doorstep and if you want to cool off you can try one of their waterparks and you can visit the Universal parks and enjoy a meal at a City Walk restaurant or alternatively if animals are your thing visit Sea World which never disappoints.
The beaches of the east and west coast are only a short one and a half hours drive away - you may see some dolphins whilst catching rays on the beach.
You cannot fail to find something for everyone during your stay in Florida.
Davenport / Robbins Rest area
Robbins Rest is located just off the I4, junction 58. It is a great location, close to Disney, Universal, all other Orlando attractions, shopping malls, outlets, Champions Gate and Reunion’s golf courses and many others.
Champions Gate shopping complex is less than a 5 minute drive away with a large Publix supermarket, Chilis restaurant eat-in/takeaway, a Chinese restaurant/takeaway/home-delivery service, Italian restaurant, McDonalds, Walgreens, gas station plus liquor store.
Closer still the new Reunion shops which also has a Publix supermarket, a CVS plus Dunkin Donuts and a Pizza Hut takeaway with others opening soon.
How to get there
Flying from the UK, British Airways and Virgin have a great flight schedule with direct flights from major UK airports, with regular flights on most days plus a number of US carriers however this may mean your flight is not direct however you may be able to fly from your nearer regional airport.
MCO Orlando International airport is the nearest airport to the property with only a 30 minute drive. Sanford International Airport is just over an hours drive away. You can of course fly into other airports in Florida too.

Our villa is a luxury home with an upgraded furniture package and is not a budget property. However, if you want something very special, then this is an ideal vacation property.
Fully Licensed by the State of Florida
Spa/Hot Tub Heat is INCLUDED in the rental rate.
Pool heating (optional) add £100/$185 per week (pro-rata for part weeks).
Once you have decided to stay at Marthas Harbour a deposit of £150/$262.50 per week is required, with a completed booking form and signed terms and conditions, to confirm your dates. The balance and refundable security deposit of £200/$350 is payable in full, 10 weeks prior to arrival at the villa.
NOTE: Rates are payable in USD ($) or GBP(£).
Daily/monthly rates available upon request.
All rates are for the entire home per week and INCLUSIVE of end of stay clean, local telephone calls, linen, towels and all utilities.
