New in October 2008, our family owned townhouse property comes fully equipped for an enjoyable stay. Situated in the quieter area of Regal Palms, the resort centre is still only a short walk away, where you will find tropically heated pools and a lazy river, together with bar, restaurant, wireless Internet and spa facilities. All properties have en-suite or easy access bathroom facilities to the bedrooms, comfortable lounges to relax in and fully equipped kitchens.
Centrally placed Davenport is an ideal location for visiting the Florida Theme parks, with Disney less than 30 minutes drive, Sea World and Universal Studios not much further. An hour’s drive will take you to Busch Gardens, and the Gulf and Atlantic beaches are accessible in 90 minutes. Our comfortably furnished and fully equipped house provides you with a home from home. The home is fully serviced before your arrival and freshly laundered linen and towels are there to welcome you.

Everyone needs to eat and Regal Palms Resort is located within easy reach of all the most popular takeaways and restaurants in the area (and don't forget Regal Palms also has its own casual dining restaurant, give it a try one day!).
Whether you fancy an English,Chinese, Italian, Indian or Japanese meal we are close to all of them.
Davenport / Regal Palms area
Orlando has something to offer everyone, young or old you will find something of interest here.
The private grounds at Regal Palms Resort feature an extensive 2.5 acre tropical pool complex with 2 heated pools, a lazy river, waterslide, zero entry pool, waterfalls, large outdoor hot tub and a children's play area.
Within the clubhouse is the 24 hour reception and guest services. Beyond the reception is a casual dining restaurant/bar (with waiter/waitress service) showing live sporting events on large screen TVs, a business centre with internet access and a games room.
For those wanting to keep fit we have a state of the art fully equipped gym with a sauna, steam room and indoor hot tub. If its a little pampering you need then look no further than our Spa, with various treatments available.
Adjacent to the resort are tennis courts and the 18 hole, Championship Golf Course at Highlands Reserve.
A few minutes walk from the resort is Berry Town Centre shopping centre which has a large Publix Supermarket, 3 banks, an Applebees restaurant and various other food outlets. A 10 minute drive away is another shopping centre with a large Walmart Superstore.
Complimentary daily newspapers are also available from reception. All towels both in our home and around the pool are also provided.
However, don't forget if you feel like a rest from the theme parks, shopping or any of the many tourist attractions available, you have access to all of the facilities at Regal Palms Resort and Spa, make use of them!!!
How to get there
There are plenty of airlines flying into Florida everyday and having the choice of three different airports within easy reach of Regal Palms Resort, all you need to do is book your flight.
Virgin offer direct flights daily to Orlando International Airport and then Regal Palms Resort is only 35 minutes drive away. There are plenty of car hire companies to choose from such as Dollar, Avis and Alamo. Check with your travel agent when booking your flight if they have any fly drive deals.
Once you have landed you can collect your car and then your holiday can start. Directions taking you directly to the resort are provided where you check-in at reception.

Stepped access from outside. Upstairs, the master suite has a kingsize bed, with en suite bathroom having a shower overbath, vanity unit and WC. Wardrobe contains a safe. Upstairs, there are 2 further twin bedded rooms, both with wardrobes, which share a bathroom which has a shower overbath, vanity unit and WC. The utility room contains a compact washing machine and tumble dryer, and an iron and ironing board. Downstairs, the open plan lounge and dining area has relaxing sofa's and a large flat screen TV, together with dining table and chairs. Doors to patio. Adjacent is a well equipped kitchen, featuring dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, oven and hob. A coffee maker and juicer are amongst the utensils that provide cooking facilities for your needs. A full compliment of china and cutlery are provided.
