This top of the range luxury 5 bedroom villa has an EXTRA-large pool & extended sun deck, facing west for sun from late morning to sunset with a clean white fenced rear aspect for privacy. With 2,500 sq ft of fully air conditioned executive comfort it includes 2 Master Suites, extra-large swimming pool, jacuzzi and a covered deck area.
Situated on a new gated community, whilst it has been furnished to an executive standard it is still very comfortable for families.

Situated in the quiet gated community of Marbella, it is perfect for when you just want to relax by the pool yet Hwy 27, the I-4 and Hwy 192 are only minutes away meaning when you want to visit the attractions they are only a short drive away.

This villa was absolutely fantastic, very clean and spacious, and the community is very secure for getting in and out of. We had loads of room in the villa, and the pool area was fabulous for chilling out on the days we didn't go to the parks. The resort itself was also lovely and peaceful with very little noise at all. There are supermarkets within 5 minutes drive, especially a large Walmart which is brilliant for supplying everything you need. There is also a couple of golf courses nearby as well. Our only fault, and it is a small one, was it was a good half hour back and forth to the parks. Response: Take on board the comment regarding travel time however we regularly do the Disney parks in 15 - 20 minutes and Universal within 30 minutes. Of course all times will depend on traffic conditions, how familiar you are with the roads and how you drive. Otherwise thanks for great review! |
