Floridas' climate is fantastic almost all year round - hence the name "the Sunshine State" - The summer months of July and August are extremely hot, with temperatures in the 90's.
Davenport / Sandy Ridge area
Sandy Ridge is brand new Vacation Home community, located very close to the prestigious golfing resorts of Reunion, Champions Gate and the New Providence Development. Only minutes from Interstate 4, Junction 58 (Disney World is located at Junction 62) with the rest of the Disney Attractions located on consecutive junctions along this route. Within 2 minutes of the house is a pharmacy, offering local store amenities such as bread, milk and various meal options. A supermarket offering all of the expected products is situated at Champions Gate, only 5 minutes drive from the villa. Outlet shopping with designer brands can be found within a 10-15 minute drive at the South end of International Drive, offering brands such as Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger, Ralph Lauren, Timberland and various European Brands including Diesel, Boss and Versace. The Theme parks are all located as close as 10-15 minutes, up to approximately 20 minutes drive, away, depending on the attraction.
How to get there
Ideally situated off junction 58-Interstate 4, the property is located approx 2 miles up the 532 East on the right hand side of the road, shortly after passing the prestigious and exclusive Reunion Resort.

Further details indoors: This is a 5 bedroomed property & will sleep up to 12 people but we have made 1 of the bedrooms into a 'den' with a Queen-size sofa-bed, TV, DVD player & X-Box games console. A full size table-tennis table and dart board are also in the garage.
Further details outdoors: The villa benefits from an end of street location, with neighbours to 1 side only. There are no properties directly in front or to the rear & the pool overlooks a conservation lake. A children's play area is located on the Community, approx 3 minutes walk from the property.

A booking deposit of £100 per week is required to secure your preferred dates.
A refundable breakages deposit of £150 is payable with the final balance to cover any damages. This deposit will be fully refunded within 14 days of your return from the property subject to our management company's post visit inspection.
Full balance due 8 weeks prior to dates of booking.

We love your place. We have had the best time. The villa was everything you said it would be. Your pool has sun from the morning until late afternoon. I feel that is a big plus. It has been so comfortable here. It is so convenient to Disney and Seaworld. We love that the location is so private and we love the pond. This morning we saw a mother and two babies that were either otter's ,minks, or something similiar. Thanks so much for renting it to us. We will definitely be back. J & A
We have had such a fantastic holiday! The villa is superb & there is loads to do nearby. The children loved the pool so much they didn't even want to leave to go to Wet & Wild! We want to book again soon! C & B
