Regal Palms is a resort community complete with its own 2.5 acre tropical pool complex, including 2 heated pools, lazy river, water slide, zero entry pool, waterfalls, and large outdoor hot tub. A clubhouse is there with 24 hour reception, and guest services. Also present is a casual dining restaurant/bar for meals and snacks, with live sporting events on TVs. A business centre with internet access and a games room are also available.
For the fitness freak there is a fully equipped, state of the art gym with a sauna, steam room and indoor jacuzzi. For those who like to be pampered, a spa is available for a wide range of beauty treatments, including nail and hair care, and massages.

All prices, include 12% Florida tax. A cleaning fee of $85.00 is incurred for stays of 5 nights or less. The rental does not include daily cleaning service. This is available and can be requested from the management company but you will charged by it for this extra cost. A non refundable deposit of 20% is required at time of booking and the remainder paid 6 weeks prior to holiday. A resort fee is levied at $10.00 per home per night to all homes at the resort. It is for parking, the in room safe, and unlimited access to the club house facilities.
