About the home

Regal Palms is a resort community complete with its own 2.5 acre tropical pool complex, including 2 heated pools, lazy river, water slide, zero entry pool, waterfalls, and large outdoor hot tub. A clubhouse is there with 24 hour reception, and guest services. Also present is a casual dining restaurant/bar for meals and snacks, with live sporting events on TVs. A business centre with internet access and a games room are also available.

For the fitness freak there is a fully equipped, state of the art gym with a sauna, steam room and indoor jacuzzi.
For those who like to be pampered, a spa is available for a wide range of beauty treatments, including nail and hair care, and massages.

Nearby is Berry Town Centre with Publix supermarket, convenience store, and a few restaurants.

Conditions

All prices, include 12% Florida tax. A cleaning fee of $85.00 is incurred for stays of 5 nights or less. The rental does not include daily cleaning service. This is available and can be requested from the management company but you will charged by it for this extra cost. A non refundable deposit of 20% is required at time of booking and the remainder paid 6 weeks prior to holiday.
A resort fee is levied at $10.00 per home per night to all homes at the resort. It is for parking, the in room safe, and unlimited access to the club house facilities.

Regal Palms is located in Davenport, a suburb of Orlando, Florida, USA. It is approximately 8 miles from Disney. The resort is located on the I-27 with easy access to Disney theme parks, Universal Studios,MGM Studios, Sea World, Gatorland, and Discovery Cove. Kennedy Space Centre, Tampa and beaches are somewhat further.

Nearby are watersports activities, golfing, malls, restaurants, International Drive and Orlando Conference Centre.

We really enjoyed our stay here during our February vacation. The home was clean and comfortable just as we were hoping it would be. The children really enjoyed having tv's in their bedrooms, too, as this is a luxury they do not have at home. The owner was quick to answer any and all concerns and the management company was also very efficient when we needed them. The resort itself was very nice as well. The pool great and the lazy river and water slide made for a lot of fun. The resort staff were also very friendly. The home was nearby the parks--about 12 miles from Disney and a hop on the freeway was close by. All in all, we very much enjoyed our stay in this townhouse--it was roomy, had a pack and play complete with sheet for my 1 yr old and a highchair as well. Thanks for a lovely place to call "home" for a week!

My family and I finally got to take a real vacation together in 7 years. It was a surprise for Christmas to the kids with ages ranging from 7-20 years old. I was very impressed with the home and it accommodated all of us comfortably. It was clean and spacious. My family did not want to leave and wanted to move to Florida. I will recommend this home to anyone and if I ever come back to Florida, this will be the first place I will check for availability. The staff at the resort was also friendly which was a plus. From start to finish our planning and enjoyment for our vacation ran smoothly. The owner Jeanette's very helpful and professional from booking our stay to answering our questions and she provided a very comfortable accomodations. The townhome was very clean and the home was spacious for all of us, furnishings looked good. The clubhouse was walking distance so it's convenient for our kids. Would definitely come back to this home when we visit Florida again!!!

This is a great place for family with children. The master bedroom is on second floor but the first floor bedroom is like master bedroom too with its own bathroom perfect for in-laws if you care to bring them. Each room has a flat screen TV. And you can conveniently buy foods from nearby grocery store and cook yourself. I felt like home there. The landlord was trying hard to make sure we felt comfortable there. Jeanette checked on us during out stay and immediately called the management company to fix one minor problem. I really appreciated it. This is our first time to book a house for our vacation and I was very worried how this was going to work. Now I am glad we did that. We certainly will rent the same place again if I come to FL for vacation. The resort facility was very nice though we did not get a chance to enjoy it.
