About the home

The overall theme of the property provides a spacious and relaxed living environment. This fantastic home has just finished a complete refurbishment and is ready to be enjoyed! Perfect for a family, with ease of access to Orlando's attractions and the benefit of a lovely pool area and lanai with the safety and peacefulness of the cul-de-sac to which the property is situated.

Because of the property location you are close enough to Orlando for all the fun and thrills, yet far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet of Davenport.

For peace of mind, we have an English couple who live just 4 doors away, so should you encounter any problems or emergencies please do not hesitate to call upon them.

Facilities

Further details indoors:
The interior facilities include a kitchen fully equipped for your stay, two dining areas, and casual seating at the breakfast bar. There is also an adjoining utility room with washer and dryer.

The living area consists of two well appointed lounges. One with flat screen T.V. and DVD Player which leads directly to the pool lanai, the other having informal seating and a queen sized sofa bed.

There are two king sized bedrooms with en-suite facilities, both with direct access to the pool area and two twin bedded rooms with a bathroom to share.

To the front of the villa, there is a hard-standing for the parking of two cars in front of the double garage.
The 30’x15’ Pool is screened and heated (if required at extra cost).There is a comfortable seating area surrounding the pool, and a large gas barbecue for your use, perfect for that alfresco meal in the Florida heat.

Final payment due 4 weeks prior to arrival at property.
Pool heat if required extra £75.00 per week.

From Orlando and the attractions, Head for the interstate 4 west until exit 55, turn right onto highway 27 south, stay in the right lane onto the slip road, After being on the 27 south for approx 1 mile move over to the left lane, you will see a Red Carpet Inn on left, get into the left hand slip road and cross over into Citrus Ridge Drive, Aylesbury Lane is second left and the villa is aprox 9 homes down on right hand side.
