Home description

Our luxury executive, four bedroom, fully air conditioned villa, is set on a south-facing lot and has been beautifully furnished to a very high standard. It comes fully equipped with everything you need for the perfect holiday and offers spacious accommodation for up to eight people.

In accordance with Florida State law, the villa is fitted with smoke alarms and emergency lighting. For families with young children we provide a pool safety fence and alarms to all doors and windows leading to the pool.

Highgate Park is ideal for any holiday. Located close to the US27 and Interstate 4. Disney is 15 minutes drive away. It also has onsite tennis court and children's play area.

Orlando International Airport can be reached in 30 minutes, Kennedy Space Centre and the Atlantic coast are approximately one hour's drive and the Gulf Coast 90 minutes.

The Florida / Orlando Disney Area

Our home is close to the I4 on the US27 south of the 192. Champions gate and Reunion golf courses are within a 10 minute drive away There are dozens of other courses such as Highlands Reserve and Mystic Dunes which are around 5 minutes away. Disney is a 15 minute drive and Seaworld and Universal studios are 20-25 minutes. You are close enough to all of Central Floridas action whilst still being able to get away and have some peace and quiet after a busy day at the theme parks.

Davenport / Highgate Park area

Shopping in the area is superb with a number of top quality shopping malls and factory
outlets within a short drive. More immediate needs are very well catered for by a quality
Publix supermarket and Wal-Mart store very close by.
Tennis courts and children's play area are within the community

How to get there

Highgate Park is located 2 miles south of the 192 on Highway 27, just 30 mins by car from Orlando International airport. It is a quiet suburb that is safe for children but is central enough for easy access to all the attractions including restaurants and entertainment. Our home is minutes from Disney and just an hour from Tampa and the Gulf Coast and the Space Coast.

The furnishings have been individually chosen to make it a real home-away-from-home. The living room and all bedrooms have cable tv, there is also a dvd player and cd/radio player in the living area. A play station 2 with a few games in one of the twin bedded rooms and a boom box for use around the pool.
Master bedroom has king size bed and en suite with bath and walk -in shower.
Second bedroom has queen size bed and is adjacent to second bathroom with bath and shower over bath, wc, vanity unit and hairdryer,
Third and fourth bedrooms both have twin beds and are linked by the Jack & Jill style bathroom and wc.
Fourth Bedroom has a Play Station 2. All bedrooms are fitted with ceiling fans.
There is also free secured wireless internet access

Access to the pool deck can be gained from the living area and master bedroom. Outside the south facing
30 x 15 larger than average pool with spa may be heated when required and is surrounded by an extended sun deck with plenty of superb furniture. The area offers fun and relaxation for the whole family.The pool is enclosed by a fine mesh screen, which allows the sun through but not the bugs. For those who like to get out of the sun, there is the large lanai fitted with overhead fan.
Pool Heat Is available in the cooler months at a charge of £75.00 per week.

Guestbook for Jul's Villa

We have been honoured to have been the first guests in your beautiful villa. We have had three lovely weeks tanning ourselves by the pool and drinking champagne in the spa. We did manage to drag ourselves to the Disney parks as well but always looked forward to coming back here. The Baker family 2005 (Gloucestershire)
