The quiet location of Sandy Ridge is just minutes away from Champions Gate and Reunion golf courses and 15 minutes from Disney World. Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom are just two of the nearby wonderful attractions. Easy access to the Interstate 4 makes for quick travel to Bush Gardens and Kennedy Space Centre. Shops, banks, restaurants, petrol stations and chemists are minutes away. Ideal for two families.

Welcome to the Vacation Capital of the World!

Walt Disney World Resort is made up of FOUR major Theme Parks: The Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Disney's Hollywood Studios (formerly named Disney-MGM Studios) and Animal Kingdom. With over 47 Square Miles of Disney attractions, adventure and fun things to do that you won't find anywhere else on the planet.

Other attractions include:
Downtown Disney, City Walk, Islands of adventure, Sea World. For those hot sunny days try the water parks: Aquatica, Typhoon Lagoon. Blizzard Beach and Wet’nWild.
A bit further away are Bush Gardens and Kennedy Space Centre.

Visit Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge, to see fabulous wildlife, or take an Airboat ride at Boggy Creek.

Golfers have an abundance or courses to choose from. Champions Gate and Reunion are the nearest to the Villa, minutes away.

There is something for everyone. Plan your days out, and research Disney Park ticket prices. Good deals available when booking in the UK in advance. Do plan some leisure time as the parks can be very exhausting. You can enjoy relaxing days at the Villa, chilling out around the pool.

The Davenport / Sandy Ridge area

Sandy Ridge is a beautiful New community surrounded by conservation land, just 5 minutes from Champions Gate (Greg Norman designed) Golf course and the interstate, I-4 giving quick and easy access to all the attractions. Head west for Bush Gardens, Tampa and Clearwater Beach.

Supermarkets, restaurants including fast food, Banks, petrol stations and Chemists are just a few minutes away.
Children's play area is within the community.

Your nearest airport is Orlando International Airport, where you can pick up your hire car. We have used British Airways’ and Virgin for direct flights and US Airways for a non direct flight, which has been a bit cheaper. Do some research with all the airlines as there are some good deals.
When it comes to hiring a car, go with the big companies. We have used Alamo and Dollar. But firstly I would check out your flight provider as they have competitive prices. Be careful of hidden extras and only upgrade if you really want to.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa. It was extremely well equipped with everything you would need and more for a very comfortable stay. I particularly appreciated the wireless internet, the ice machine, the games room and of course the lovely pool and hot tub. Location was excellent too. I would recommend it to anyone.

We are sadly home from our holiday in your lovely villa. We had a great time and the villa was just perfect- a real home from home. The games room was great but the kids were usually too tired to use it after I got them up so early to get to the parks before they opened!

Villa was excellent, nicely furnished and had all the equipment and facilities we needed. Kitchen was well equipped . Everyone enjoyed the pool. Having internet was very handy. Nice big washing machine and dryer and plenty of towels. Close to supermarket and Disney attractions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend the villa and hope to return again in the future.
