Our property has been furnished to the highest possible standard to ensure maximum comfort during your stay and our management company maintains the property to the highest standard. All equipment, linen, towels and hairdryers are provided.
For your children’s safety there is a safety fence around the pool. For those that prefer the shade there is a covered area with overhead fan. The area around Highway 27 is quiet and rural and Calabay Parc is so well laid out that once through the gates, you wouldn’t believe that you are so close to all the amenities.
Tampa Bay and the Gulf beaches to the west and all the major attractions and Atlantic beaches to the east are easily accessible from Interstate 4. From Calabay Parc to the main entrance to Disneyworld is 15 minutes away, Seaworld 25 minutes away and Universal Studios 35 minutes away

The Florida / Orlando Disney Area
Calabay Parc is situated in a quiet location on Highway 27, close to both Interstate 4 and Highway 192 and only a short drive to all major attractions an old town Kissimee. The villa and surroundings are maintained to the highest standards by our local management company who are only a phone call away for help and advice In the heart of Orlando within easy reach of all of the main theme parks that Disney have to offer.
Orlando is also the perfect location for any golfers with a number of championship golf courses nearby. These include Champions Gate Golf Resort designed by Greg Norman which is only five minutes from Calabay Parc.
Davenport / Calabay Parc area
The developer has taken extra care to make Calabay Parc an outstanding development set amongst orange groves and pine woods with well laid out and landscaped roads and open areas and extra architectural features that make the properties stand out from the normal Florida style villa.
There is a conservation area and nature trail and a recreation area. It is located on Highway 27 with shops, supermarkets and restaurants locally available and just five minutes from Interstate 4 from which the main theme parks, shopping areas and golf courses are easily accessible. After a hard day having fun in the theme parks you can then relax on a sun lounger whilst the kids swim in the private pool. The development is located just south of Orlando right by Walt Disney World, however should you fancy doing a bit of bargain shopping there are also many designer outlet malls within a short drive.
All the big name sugh as Boss, Osh Kosh, Ralph Lauren can be snapped up at less than half the price of the UK.
