Located at the prestigious community of Sandy Ridge, our luxurious 5 bedroom villa has just under 1,700 sq ft of air conditioned living space, making it ideal for a large family or two smaller families sharing. At the rear of the property is a large pool and spa, perfect for when you want to just sit back, relax and enjoy a cool glass of wine or to take a cooling dip in the pool.
Our single storey villa is very much a home from home inside with all the amenities and features you would expect from a upmarket property. It is very spacious and has air conditioning and heating throughout, making it an ideal residence for both short and long term vacations.
Our management team do a great job in keeping the property clean and tidy, both inside and out. Should you need our management team during your stay, they are available by telephone or you can pop along to their offices which can be found just minutes drive away. Outside of normal office hours you will be given an emergency number to call.

The Florida / Orlando Disney Area

Walt Disney World can be reached in just 15 minutes, and the majority of the main attractions such as Universal, Seaworld, and International drive in around 30 minutes. There are several quality golf courses nearby which cater for every level of golfer including Southern Dunes, Ridgewood Lakes and Champions gate, and a further 20 more with-in a 20 mile radius.
If you prefer a little retail therapy instead, Orlando is home to a large number of malls and retail outlets including Mall at Millenia, Osceola Square Mall, Belz Factory Outlet, Belz Designer Outlet Centre, Downtown Disney Marketplace, Church Street Exchange, Market Street at Celebration, West Oaks Mall and Orlando Fashion Square Mall.
Our villa is the perfect location for you to take advantage and enjoy all that Orlando has to offer!!

Davenport / Sandy Ridge area

Sandy Ridge is in a peaceful area to the south of Walt Disney World just off Highway 17/ 92. The US 192 and the Interstate 4 are both within easy reach giving you direct and hassle free access to all the main traveling routes throughout central Florida. The Interstate 4 provides direct access Southwest to Tampa (60 minutes) and Northeast to the centre of Orlando and the Airports (Orlando airport 30 minutes, Sanford airport 60 minutes), and the Atlantic coast attractions and beaches (60 minutes).
You will be within minutes of all the essential amenities including a bank, Publix supermarket complex, gas/petrol station, Super Wal-Mart, and a variety of shops, diners, bars and restaurants.

How to get there

Sandy Haven is close to 3 major airports, all within an hours drive. Firstly is Orlando International on 30 minutes away, Sandford is about 45 minutes and Tampa International is about an hour from our villa.
We recommend hiring a car to get around, when we travel we use Hertz, their prices include all taxes and insurance and they are available at all the above airports.

The villa has a large open plan seating area called the Living room which is located at the centre of the property. It has a large set of patio doors leading out onto the pool deck and four of the villas five bedrooms lead off from this room, making it the central hub of the house.
The room contains two luxurious sofas, a large comfortable chair, and an entertainment centre. This includes a large LCD television with cable TV and a DVD system.
If you need a bit of quiet time, send the children to the pool area and come relax in the Living room with a good book.
The large modern fully fitted kitchen comes complete with every modern convenience, including a cooker, microwave, American style fridge/freezer/ice machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and smoothie maker. There is also a good selection of cutlery and crockery (including plastic dishes and glasses provided for your safety when dining by the pool area). The only thing you need to provide is the food!
There is a telephone from which all local calls are free and other calls are charged as taken.
Should you wish to do any laundry, we have a high capacity washing machine, tumble drier, iron and ironing board locatedThe villa contains five large bedrooms allowing up to 9 adults to sleep comfortably. All the bedding is provided and the beds are made with clean linen before you arrive. Extra bedding is provided should you need it. The villa has air-conditioning throughout and each bedroom has its own ceiling fan, so you can be sure that they remain at a constantly cool temperature that will make you feel comfortable even if the temperatures are on the up and up outside, and will help towards giving you a good nights sleep. in the back of the garage which can be accessed internally from the villa.
The first Master Suite is located at the rear of the villa and overlooks the pool area. It has a fantastic Queen sized bed and a luxurious en-suite bathroom complete with a huge walk-in shower, his n hers basins, large vanity mirror, and a WC. The room has an abundance of storage space provided by a large walk in closet.
The second Master Suite is located on the opposite side of the villa to the first master. It features a Queen sized bed and a en suite bathroom complete with a shower unit, WC, basin and vanity mirror. Both Master Suites also have a 20" television with cable TV and a DVD player.
Bedrooms 3 and 4 are located next to each other. They would be ideal rooms for any children in your party as bedroom 4 contains two single beds and bedroom 3 has just one single bed. Bedroom 4 has the added advantage of being at the rear of the villa so it looks out onto the pool deck. The villas family bathroom is conveniently located in the same short hallway as bedrooms 3 and 4. It features a bath/shower unit, WC, basin and vanity mirror. The bathroom has a second door which opens directly onto the pool deck, ideal if you need a quick shower after a refreshing swim. Bedroom 5 is at the very front of the villa and contains a double sized bed.
With the exception of the first master suite which has a large walk in closet, the other four bedrooms have ample storage space provided by large built in closets and drawers.

Further details outdoors:
The villa has its own luxurious 30 foot x 15 foot private pool and spa. The pool is surrounded by a large extended patio and includes a covered Lanai with ceiling fan should you prefer to sit in the shade. It is furnished with sun loungers and a table and chairs, allowing you to dine al fresco, sit around and enjoy a cool glass of wine, or just lie back and work on topping up that tan.
The luxurious raised Spa is a great way to relax and is able to accommodate up to four people at once. Not a bad way to discuss tomorrow's adventures! If you find the Pool or Spa is a little cool for your liking, it can be fully heated at an additional charge (recommended from October to March).
The pool area is very private and backs onto grassland rather than being overlooked by other villas. It is fully screened which helps to keep the pool clean and the wildlife out, and it does not affect your tan in any way. The pool is serviced weekly so you can be sure it is clean and safe to swim in, and there are a selection of pool toys for the children to play with.
Other features of the pool deck include direct access to a pool side bathroom (master suite 2 en-suite), and a pool safety fence for peace of mind should young children be staying at the villa. The fence takes only minutes to put in place. For your safety and comfort unbreakable glasses and tableware are provided for use around the pool deck area.
