The Florida / Orlando Disney Area
Walt Disney World can be reached in just 10 minutes, and the majority of the main attractions such as Universal, Seaworld, and International drive in around 20 minutes. There are several quality golf courses nearby which cater for every level of golfer including Southern Dunes, Highlands Reserve, Ridgewood Lakes and Champions gate, and a further 20 more with-in a 20 mile radius.
If you prefer a little retail therapy instead, Orlando is home to a large number of malls and retail outlets including Mall at Millennia, Osceola Square Mall, Belz Factory Outlet, Belz Designer Outlet Centre, Downtown Disney Marketplace, Church Street Exchange, Market Street at Celebration, West Oaks Mall and Orlando Fashion Square Mall.
If you want to see the amazing wildlife that Florida has to show, Crystal River is an ideal place to see the endangered manatee, bears and wild boars. No trip is complete without an airboat ride, and you will see giant alligators and the iconic Bald Eagle at St John's River.
Think of Florida and it's hard not to picture the Space Shuttle. With only 2 years before the project is shelved, now is an ideal time to visit the Space Coast, where you will see the truly huge Apollo Rockets. If you're extremely lucky and are in Florida when a shuttle is scheduled to launch we strongly recommend that make the trip to witness an awe inspiring spectacle.

Davenport / Tuscan Ridge area
Tuscan Ridge is in a peaceful area to the south west of Walt Disney World just off Highway 27. The US 192 and the Interstate 4 are both within easy reach giving you direct and hassle free access to all the main traveling routes throughout central Florida. The Interstate 4 provides direct access Southwest to Tampa (60 minutes) and Northeast to the centre of Orlando and the Airports (Orlando airport 30 minutes, Sanford airport 60 minutes), and the Atlantic coast attractions and beaches (60 minutes).
You will be within minutes of all the essential amenities including a bank, Publix supermarket complex, gas/petrol station, Super Wal-Mart, and a variety of shops, diners, bars and restaurants.

The family room leads out to the stunning and sparkling pool and bubbling spa pool, to ease away the aches gathered from a day at the theme parks, and has an oversize deck that's perfect for sun-lovers to soak in the rays while relaxing of the deck furnishings thoughtfully provided. Heating of the pool and spa is optionally available for additional comfort to our guests. All doors leading on to the deck area have been provided with additional safety locks and switchable alarms.
Sleeping accommodation at Tuscan Sun includes an extremely large master bedroom, which features a sleep-soft full-size bed with nightstands, lamps, telephone, clock/radio, plus walk-in closet space, and a dresser with a Cable TV and DVD player, plus a master bathroom with his and her vanity basins, toilet, walk-in shower and Jacuzzi-style bath tub. The second master bedroom also enjoys a sumptuous full-size bed, plus nightstand with lamp, clock/radio, plus dresser with cable TV Flat screen and DVD player, closet space, and en-suite bathroom. A further junior master is furnished with the same comforts, and shares an adjacent family bathroom with one of the twin bedrooms. There are 2 bedrooms ideal for the kids, with 2 twin beds in each, nightstands, TV and DVD, closet space, and an adjacent or nearby shared family bathroom. One of these rooms has a games console and games. The other has been delightfully themed with Disney decoration including Mickey Mouse TV and DVD palyer and plush toys that young children will adore! Finally, the sofa in the 2nd family room can be converted into a queen-size bed for extra guests or it can be used to enjoy a quiet evening away from the TV.
The bright and airy kitchen has been equipped with almost everything that you could need to enjoy a family feast or a quick snack. Kettle , toaster, coffee maker , blender are all provided for your convenience. Choose to dine at the breakfast nook or the large dining area.
A stunning games room has been installed into the double garage. It includes an Air Hockey, Foosball & Pool tables, an Arcade machine with classic games, Darts and a Basketball hoop game. The pool table can be easily converted to a table tennis game.
This vacation home also offers the FREECALL telephone system to guests - so that you can make FREE local, long distance and international telephone calls from this vacation rental, including Canada, UK, Ireland and most of Europe so no more buying phone cards….it's all inclusive. There is a fully equipped laundry room with washer, dryer and ironing facilities. Hi Speed WiFi has just been installed, so you can surf the net by the pool.

Further details outdoors: The large pool and lanai area is perfect for both sun seekers and those who prefer to relax in the shade. The pool is 5'6'' in the deep end and 2'5'' in the shallow end. It is fitted with Electric Pool heating to ensure a consistent temperature throughout the day. The pool area is fenced off to ensure complete privacy for you and your family and both neighbours are single storey so you are not overlooked. The outdoor jacuzzi Spa is a great way to realx after a long day in the parks.
