Home description
4 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom home has its own private screened south facing pool. The home has a maximum sleeping capacity of 10. The master bedroom has a queen size bed,Cable TV., Walk in closet and en-suite, the second bedroom also has a queen size bed and double closet, the 3rd & 4th bedrooms both have twin sized beds and closets. The en suite master bathroom also offers access from the pool for added convenience. Beautifully furnished there is ample kitchen equipment with electric range,electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave and fridge freezer and full laundry facilities ,towels, linen etc.
Our **Games Room** has Pool Table, Air Hockey, American Foosball and a Dart Board, this will Keep the younger ones occupied while you chill out with a cold beer or glass of wine.
Our home is fully air conditioned and has ceiling fans fitted in all rooms for additional comfort.
Our home is situated just off the popular hwy192 close to all the attractions and restaurants,approximately 12 minutes from Disney world entrance and within minutes of the i4 and the famous Champions Gate golf course.There is also a new Wal-Mart superstore and Publixless than 5 minutes drive from our villa.
The Private heatable screened pool has a large deck area and a south facing aspect allowing you to enjoy the warmth of the Florida Sun without having to move your luxury poolside loungers around all day. We have a covered lanai for respite from the sun when it gets too hot. With new luxury patio table and chairs, Loungers and Pool side furniture there is ample outdoor seating for all of our guests.

Hillcrest Drive is a sub division of Davenport Lake Estates just off US-27, near the intersection of US-192. Our Home is set in a very Peaceful location and is conveniently situated for, Supermarkets (walmart),Bars & Restaurants with a wide variety to suite all budgets. There are several Golf Courses close by. Why not try a visit to the Beaches or even Daytona Speedway.
